1. She’s All About Self-Love
Corrigan may be a model, but she does get insecure from time to time. She tells Hers Magazine that she is working on self-love each day. “Learning to love myself has helped me to have the confidence to show up on set and do the shoots even when my skin is breaking out or I feel bloated. I just remember, ‘This happens to everyone. I love myself and I’m just going to give the best that I can today.’”
2. She Finds Healthy Alternatives To Junk Food
Corrigan admits that it can be difficult for her to stay healthy. “All I want to do really is watch TV and eat junk food, especially during the weekends,” she says to Hers. However, she has found a solution for her problem. “I’ve been really just trying to make healthier versions of things.” Corrigan says that she likes Halo Top ice cream and gluten free pizza as examples.
3. She Pushes Herself
Corrigan revealed some of her health and wellness secrets to Haute Living. She says that during quarantine, she really worked on her fitness. Corrigan says that she is trying to push herself with exercises. “I have been challenging myself by running faster and longer distances,” she says. “As well as trying new workouts on the Alo Moves app.”
4. She Stays Hydrated
Corrigan tells Haute Living that she always makes sure to stay hydrated. She says that she drinks a lot of water each day. “Drink plenty of water! It’s a great way to rid my body of toxins and curb my appetite. Drinking a huge glass of water first thing in the morning is one of my favorite habits.”
5. She Takes Supplements
Another thing Corrigan does to stay healthy is taking supplements. She revealed her favorites to Haute Living “Take collagen and ketones every day. Collagen has been great for my nails, skin and hair. Ketones give me an amazing natural energy boost throughout the day.”
