Puente posted a series of photos of herself lounging on the beach in a pink bikini. She captioned the post, "Mi booty su almohada 😂🍑 Se terminaron las vacaciones, ah pero vuelvo comprometida no soy la misma jajajajaja ! 🤪💍😂." She Works Out Her Glutes

Puente is a fitness maven. She posts a lot of workout videos on her YouTube channel. Most of Puente's fitness videos are extremely long and are full of different exercises. In this video, she revealed her favorite lower body and glute exercises. In them, she is seen doing side squat lunges with knee raises, fan kicks, raised lunges with a kettlebell, among other things.

She Strength Trains

Puente also posts a lot of fitness videos on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is strength training exercises. In this reel, Puente is seen doing strength training exercises like bridge raises, deadlifts, and shoulder presses.

She Works Out Her Abs

Puente has amazing abs. This means she does a lot of core exercises. She revealed some of her favorites in this Instagram video. In it, she is seen doing planks, sit-ups, different kinds or crunches, and leg rolls. "There are many ways to do an abdominal crunch, but proper technique will give you the most benefit. To isolate your abdominal muscles, lie on your back with your knees slightly bent. Make sure your feet are planted firmly on the floor and about hip-width-distance apart. Keep your knees comfortably apart. Fold your arms on your chest and tighten your abdominal muscles. Raise your head and shoulders off of the floor. Hold for three deep breaths, then return to starting position. You'll feel tension in the muscles in your abdomen," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Does HIIT

When Puente works out, she loves to do HIIT, or high-intensity interval training. A lot of her videos involve her doing HIIT workouts. She is seen doing circuits of different exercises, and never lets up. "When you become intentional about your actions, you can be in the moment and get the most out of each day. She Does Full Body Exercises

Puente makes sure to workout her whole body. She posted this video on Instagram of her go-to full body exercises. In it, she is seen doing jumping jacks, high knees, and punches, among others. She captioned the video, "Sunday fullbody."
