Don't Take Ozempic

Julia revealed that she lost a whopping 15 pounds in six weeks when she started dating Kanye West. "It just wasn't sustainable," she told The New York Times in 2022 interview. "I lost, like, 15 pounds in that month." She attributed the weight loss to the stress and chaos of the relationship. "I tried my best to make it work," she explained. "I already had a jam-packed life. How do I fit this really big personality into this already full life?" Months later, during her Forbidden Fruit podcast, she addressed rumors that the weight loss was actually the result of her taking drugs. "All these people are coming for me saying that I take the weight loss things … people are saying that I'm taking Ozempic or whatever it's called," she said. "I'm not and I never have … I would never do that. There are diabetics that need it," she added.

In a recent TikTok Julia exclaimed that "aging is fully in—like, fully." She recently copped to  Elle that she has gotten Botox, and once got liposuction, and is open to doing it again at some point. "I'm, like, saggy—like, things are not sitting the way they used to. But it's like, I am not gonna do a damn thing about it," she added.

Julia prioritizes self-care, and she has a simple method of doing so. "Today, self-care is just taking a pause and checking in with myself, asking myself how I'm feeling instead of suppressing," she told High Snobbery

Chase a Toddler

In a November 2022 TikTok video Julia addressed all the "deep dives" into her weight loss. "My weight loss was one trillion percent unintentional," she says, adding that people who knew her, knew that she was "known" for her curves. "After I had my son I was just rapidly dropping all this weight, " she continues. At one point she even wondered if she had a tapeworm. "When I go to dinner, I eat," she says, "and then I order all the desserts on the menu. It just happened because I'm a single mom and I chase a toddler around. I don't know."
