This week, Wieniawa visited Brazil, and made sure to spend time at the country’s beaches and at a hotel pool. She shared some new photos from the trip on Instagram. 1. She Rides Motorbikes

Wieniawa does a lot of things to keep herself in shape. She also likes to spend time outside. One outdoor activity Wieniawa likes to do is ride motorbikes. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself and a friend riding through the trees. She captioned the post, “Polish Bali.”

2. She Swims

Another outdoor activity Wieniawa likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself snorkeling in the Maldives. She captioned the post, “#snorkeling Videos necessarily with sound 😅🔈 'normally there's a tiny shark' ‘he's carnivorous, he won't eat some bun and gluten-free’ XD.”

3. She Horseback Rides

Another outdoor activity Wieniawa likes to do is horseback ride. She shared this set of photos and videos of herself and some friends going riding. In them, Wienawa is seen riding in a pond and by the beach. The American Heart Association states that riding has a lot of health benefits. “Sitting tall, pushing your legs into the body of your horse ignites the core muscles, which are imperative for balance and posture… In a Texas A&M University study, researchers focused on the amount of energy expended during high-intensity horseback riding. But you need not be roping cattle to burn calories.”

4. She Does Yoga

Wieniawa loves to practice yoga to stay in shape. She shares a bunch of posts on Instagram of herself doing different poses. She shared these photos of herself on a yoga retreat, which include her doing a handstand and partner work. Harvard Health states that yoga has a lot of body and mind benefits. “Yoga is known for its ability to soothe tension and anxiety in the mind and body. But it can also have an impact on a person's exercise capacity. Researchers studied a small group of sedentary individuals who had not practiced yoga before. After eight weeks of practicing yoga at least twice a week for a total of 180 minutes, participants had greater muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and cardio-respiratory fitness.”

5. She Does Aerial Yoga

Wieniawa also likes to do aerial yoga to stay in shape. She shared these photos of herself doing stretches on silks on Instagram. According to ACEFitness.org, aerial work has a lot of benefits. “The study revealed that a single 50-minute session of Aerial Yoga burned an average of 320 calories and yielded cardiovascular effects in the range of low- to moderate-intensity exercise. Both of these findings suggest Aerial Yoga is an effective form of exercise for promoting good health. After the six-week long Aerial Yoga program, participants experienced significant improvements in several health risk factors such as body weight, body-fat percentage and blood pressure. The combined improvements in these risk factors suggest that participants reduced their risk for a cardiovascular heart disease event, such as a heart attack, by approximately 10 percent over the course of the six-week intervention.”
