She Stays Active On Vacation

For most people, their vacations are time to indulge, relax, and not think about wellness. For Wieniawa, that doesn't apply. She says to Viva that she likes to exercise and stay active while she's on vacation. Even if it's just walking and hiking everywhere. "As soon as I was on vacation in Masuria, I was driving and swimming. I try to be on the move all the time."

She Loves To Dance

Wieniawa is a singer, which means that she has to learn dance routines and moves for her music videos and performances. She also doesn't need to be in rehearsals or on stage to be dancing, as she has posted several dance videos on Instagram and TikTok. Dancing has a lot of benefits, according to Open Access. "Dancing exercises the heart, lungs, muscles, joints, and ligaments, and in doing so it tests your balance, muscle strength, and coordination. But more than that – dancing also requires cognitive memory."
