Julianne stays away from gluten and animal products. “I sound so L.A. right now,” she said in a “What I Eat in a Day” video with Harper’s Bazaar, “but it’s because my body needs it. Because trust me, do I love flour, I love sugar, I love cookies, I love all the things. But I’m really just trying to focus on my health from the inside out.”

3. She Drinks Lemon Water

Julianne is one of many stars who start their day with a glass of warm lemon water. “This is how I start my morning every. single. day,” she said in an Instagram video. “Having a strong morning routine gives me a sense of stability and puts my mind at ease knowing that I’m waking up, cleansing my body and committing to my wellness.” She also told Harper’s Bazaar that pre-makes the drink the night before, which “usually consists of lukewarm temperature water with half of a lemon—and sitting overnight, really getting all of those juices flushed out in there.”

Green juice is also on Julianne’s daily menu.“I usually find a way to do some sort of celery juice, or something that also gives me a little bit of sugar before I go do a quick workout,” she said. “Or I’ll do like, amino acids [vitamins] or something like that to give me that support, that energy that I’m looking for.” One of her favorite green juice recipes? “I usually like it a little sweeter, less bitter, so I put in a green apple, some spinach, kale. Again, if I want it sweeter, I’ll put some carrots in. But I love ginger, and lemon too, so I’ll put that in,” she told Elle in 2016. “Cucumber, celery, anything green, really. Sometimes I’ll add beets too, depending on my mood. And then I’ll go work out, it just depends.”

“Things do change,” Demi told W Magazine not too long ago. “The biggest difference, I think, is that I’m not in nearly as good shape physically as I have been before, and I have skin going in a direction that I would prefer it not go. There are things that just come with getting older. But I think my big mantra for this year is about acceptance. I was reading this book that was written around 1919, if I am remembering correctly, and it was very of its day. It was discussing all the ‘female’ concerns. There were some horrific suggestions on how to take care of yourself, including putting some kind of acid on your skin. But there was one thing I took away, because I think it’s true—the author said not to frown because at a certain point it will stick. And what speaks to me here is that I do believe that when we hold upset, anger, hurt, pain or bitterness, it ages us and we wear it. That isn’t to say we are always going to feel happy. But it’s important not to hold on to things.”

When getting ready for certain revealing scenes in movies, “I cut out carbs, I ran, and I biked, and I worked out on every machine imaginable. I didn’t feel like I could stop exercising,” she wrote in her book. “It was my job to fit into that unforgiving military uniform I’d be wearing in two months in A Few Good Men. Getting in shape for that movie launched the obsession with working out that would consume me over the next five years. I never dared let up.”

Julianne Hough is making a splash – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the dancer and actress does her best Ariel, showing off her amazing body in a bathing suit while singing the hit song Part of Your World from the Disney movie, The Little Mermaid. “Channeling my inner little mermaid for Disney Night on @dancingwiththestars this week!!” she captioned the Instagram video with her millions of followers. “You’re a real life Ariel,” one of them commented. “Beautiful,” added another. 1. She Takes Baths

“I love to make every moment a luxury experience,” Hough told Women’s Health. “Whether it's in the bathtub and having bubbles and meditation music playing and my crystals and whatever it is, or I'm in the shower and I'm just rushing out through the day, at least I know that I'm being taken care of in the best way possible.”

Hough is also a fan of regular body scans, a guided meditation practice that has you lie down, stay aware of your breath, and mindfully soften each part of your body, from head to toe. “I love meditating and doing energy work,” Hough told Pure Wow. “It really helps me get out of my head and into my body.”

“I love making sure my environment is like, candles lit or incense burning, just to create the experience and get my mindset in a really calming way, so I can self-regulate before I get crazy again with work stuff,” Hough told Women’s Health about another favorite ritual.

After her workout, which is generally “Pilates, yoga, working out with a trainer… it keeps everything fresh and helps me fuel my body's different needs,” Hough maintains that “Recovery is also a second workout to me," she told Shape. "We always think about the fact that we have to push, push, push, but without that recovery, it leads to burnout. It's about that balance. I think we haven't focused enough on recovery in the athletic or the artistic athlete (dancers)."

5. She Uses Therabody Tools

Hough uses Therabody products to help in her recovery process. "Ever since I started using Therabody products, I recognized the mobility and the freedom within my muscles and just the relaxation and the nurturing that I couldn't necessarily give myself. “At least three times a week, I try to do weight training or something like Body by Simone, Tracy Anderson, or Anna Kaiser,” said Hough to InStyle. “I also try to do yoga twice a week, which is almost more like active recovery. Then I throw in a SoulCycle class, and I'll go running or hiking on the weekend and try to get the dogs out. My brother and I are going back out on tour this spring, too, so I'm going to try to do dance classes on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. My step count's gonna be legit.”

Hough received a somatic energy healing treatment at Davos. “Some traditions believe an invisible energy force flows through your body, and when this energy flow is blocked or out of balance, you can become sick,” says the Mayo Clinic. “This energy has different names, such as chi, prana and life force. The goal of these therapies is to unblock or re-balance your energy force. Energy therapies include acupuncture, qi gong, healing touch and reiki.”

Sometimes it’s so hard to get up and move around enough—especially when you’re traveling and flying on a plane. I’ve found that the best thing you can do is go to Disneyland, because you literally get about 20,000 steps in a day.”

Hough has the reproductive health condition endometriosis. “I didn’t want it to define who I was or have it be something that held me back personally, in my relationships, or in my work,” Hough told SELF. But now? “Knowledge is power. Honestly, in the last couple years, I’ve seen how many people really don’t know anything about endometriosis. I didn’t have any knowledge about the disease until I got it. That’s why it was important for me to use my platform and my own story to let other women know that they’re definitely not alone. Sharvari isn’t just making waves in the film industry—she’s dominating the fitness game too. Known for her roles in Munjya, Maharaj, and Vedaa, the rising star proves that strength and discipline extend far beyond the big screen.
In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Dressed in a sleek black workout set, she didn’t just make the workout look effortless—she made it look empowering. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”
