San Jose loves to spend time outside. Her Instagram page is full of photos of herself in the great outdoors. She posted this photo of herself hiking in the mountains for Earth Day, captioning it, "Home." She also posted this photo of herself jet-skiing, captioning it, "Daybreaker."

She Works Out At Home

When it comes to exercise, San Jose doesn't always need to go to the gym. She also likes to keep it simple. San Jose does a lot of at-home workouts, and even shared her routine in a video with GMANetwork. In the video, she is seen doing 100 jumping jacks, 3-4 sets of squats, 3-4 sets of sit-ups, and lower ab workouts.

She Gets Fitness Tips From Instagram

In this video interview with iamClaireTV, San Jose revealed some of her wellness secrets. One thing she revealed is her motivations to stay in shape, and where she gets some of her tips from. San Jose says that she turns to social media, specifically Instagram, to do this. "I follow Instagram accounts for fitness," she says. "They're really inspiring, especially when I see celebrities who really work out."

San Jose is a big believer in body positivity. She says in her iamClaireTV interview, "Body positivity is really important. Just be yourself. You don't see how beautiful someone is based on their physical appearance, right? It's how you carry yourself as a person."

She Ignores Body Shamers

In addition to being body-positive, San Jose also has no time for body-shamers. She tells iamClaireTV, "It's my body. I can do whatever I want with it. How I take care of it, and how I treat it." "Listen to how you talk to yourself. Periodically, stop and assess what you're thinking. If your thoughts are mainly negative, this will directly affect how you feel and your motivation," says the Mayo Clinic. "Practice positive self-talk. Treat yourself like you would a friend. Be gentle and encouraging. Look closer at negative thoughts and respond with affirmations about what you're doing right."
