She Skis
Juliette might live in sunny Florida, but that doesn’t mean she hates the cold. She likes to ski as a way to stay in shape. Juliette shared this photo on Instagram of herself skiing in Aspen. She captioned it, “White out.” The University Of New Hampshire reports that skiing is a great physical activity. “Many individuals, especially those that have never skied before, may not realize how much brain power goes into the sport. Skiing is a proprioceptive activity. Proprioception is an aspect of fitness that is defined as one’s ability to feel the position of different body parts and the effort that goes into moving them. This is almost defines skiing because skiing involves quite a bit of balance and coordination. There are so many slight movements and positions of your body that you must be conscious of to ski well. The more you ski the more you strengthen your ability to be aware of the movement of your body parts. This is important because proprioception weakens with age so the more you are involved in proprioceptive activities the less it will diminish.”
She’s Grown As A Person
Juliette opened up about her reality TV career to ScreenRant. She says that she has learned a lot of things from that experience. One thing she is working on is personal growth. “The most important lesson that I’m really focusing on now is, I’ve been through a ton of relationship issues and friendship issues, and I’ve gotten into fights and done some things I’m not proud of, but what I want people to know is you can change, and you can learn from your mistakes,” she says. “You don’t always have to gravitate toward the negative. Just because we’re on a reality tv show doesn’t mean you have to constantly be looking for the drama or focusing on that. You can choose happiness, you can choose growth, and you can be the person you want to be despite the obstacles you’re facing and the people around you. You can always grow.”
She Learns From Her Mistakes
Juliette also tells ScreenRant that she is learning from her previous mistakes, and using it in the future. “Learn from your past. Every mistake that you make is a lesson. Use that. We go through these young ages and these hard times for a reason so that we can find our happily ever after and our perfect ending.”
