Vũ is careful about her diet because she finds it difficult to gain weight. "I don't diet. I think I'm still a bit thin, so I always try to eat a lot to be a bit fuller," she says. "The right diet and exercise regimen has helped me to have a little more flesh."

Muay Thai Workouts

Vũ practices Muay Thai to build strength and relieve stress. "I've been studying Muay Thai for almost 2 years to get stronger and practice precise movements," she says. "After each training session, I also fight on the floor, but because I'm small and underweight, it's hard to find a partner. However, I still practice because it is a personal hobby."

Gym Sessions

Beautiful Skin Tips

Vũ is diligent about taking care of her skin. "Removing makeup is the first thing that I do when I get home," she says. "I use a combination of two types of makeup remover. Wax makeup remover for the whole face and oil makeup remover for those areas with heavy makeup such as eyes and lips. I use a face wash to thoroughly wash away dirt and makeup on the skin. Besides, the machine also has a massage function to help relax facial muscles."

Getting Enough Sleep

Vũ makes sure she gets the right amount of sleep every night, not just to feel good but to look good. Experts recommend adults get at least seven hours of sleep for optimum health and wellness. "Sleeping late will make my skin dehydrated and less firm, aging quickly," she says
