1. Do Build Muscle

Kady suggests strength and weight training. “The good thing about my workout routine is that all the exercises you can do literally anywhere, no gym machines are needed,” she told Women Fitness. “I love leg day so my go to routine are lunges, walking lunges, squats, squat holds, jumping squats and then ab exercises (crunches, v holds and sit ups).” She trains four or five times a week for 45 minutes per session, she told Daily Star. “I mainly focus on my lower body, so things that work the glutes, legs, and abs,” she said.

2. Don’t Eat Processed Foods

Kady maintains that a clean and healthy diet is also key.“I just try to eat well and I’m lucky that I really love healthy food. I tend to eat lots of protein and vegetables while trying to avoid carbs and sugar,“ she told Daily Star. “That usually means I end up scoffing lots of chicken, eggs, smoked salmon, steak and cottage cheese. I make my own pizzas that are full of protein, too, and I love pancakes with blueberries and raspberries.”

3. Don’t Consume Sugar

Kady tries to avoid sugar. “Getting rid of your belly fat is pretty much down to changing your diet and quitting sugar in particular,” she told Daily Star. “Sugar is basically just useless calories and if you consume too much it’s stored as fat directly on your stomach.”

4. Do Cardio

Kady also does a lot of cardio. “Cardio is good for burning those excess calories, so going for a run or doing a high intensity workout is a good idea,” she told Daily Star. “Remember: Cardiovascular training is any activity that increases your heart rate for a set amount of time. Explore a variety of options at home, outdoors and in the gym. You might try walking, running, cycling, swimming, cross-country skiing, stair climbing or jumping rope. Need more convincing? Cross-training can help reduce your risk of injury by challenging and strengthening muscles and joints that don't get used much during your normal routine,” says the Mayo Clinic.

5. Do Hydrate

Kady downs lots of water and coconut water. “Avoiding large amounts of caffeinated beverages can also help you stay well hydrated. It is estimated that foods provide about 20% of our water intake. Including plenty of water-rich fruits and vegetables can be a good source of fluids. Replacing sugar-sweetened beverages, whole milk, and juice with water is a healthy choice that can support weight loss by reducing calorie intake,” says the Cleveland Clinic about the importance of hydration.

6. Do Yoga

Yoga does Kady’s body good. “Yoga mornings,” she captioned a recent clip highlighting her practice. “Studies have suggested possible benefits of yoga for several aspects of wellness, including stress management, mental/emotional health, promoting healthy eating/activity habits, sleep, and balance,” says the NIH.

7. Don’t Deprive Yourself

London Celebrity Sightings - November 4, 2021Ricky Vigil M/GC Images

Kady emphasizes the importance of cheat days. “If I was on a cheat day I’d happily munch through a big chocolate brownie but I wouldn’t do it on the days I was working out – I’d feel like I’d just undone all the hard work I’d put in,” she told Daily Star.

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsSamir Hussein/WireImage

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

Mollie Gould, known for her connection to Luis Miguel, knows how to look great in the spotlight. Gould shared a new photo this week to her story. In it, she posed in a maroon bathing suit. 1. She Dances

Los Angeles Fashion Week Powered by Art Hearts Fashion 2022 - MISTER TRIPLE X + DR.MARTENSArun Nevader/Getty Images

Gould is an avid dancer. She even likes to take classes. Gould posted this video of herself doing a combination from a class on Instagram. She captioned it, “DANCE! FIRE & DESIRE! Thank you @therealtank for coming and watching class!” "Scientists gave little thought to the neurological effects of dance until relatively recently, when researchers began to investigate the complex mental coordination that dance requires. In a 2008 article in Scientific American magazine, a Columbia University neuroscientist posited that synchronizing music and movement—dance, essentially—constitutes a 'pleasure double play.' Music stimulates the brain’s reward centers, while dance activates its sensory and motor circuits," says Harvard Health.

2. She Goes Outside

Gould spends a lot of time outside. She posts a lot of photos of herself enjoying the great outdoors on Instagram. She shared this photo of herself running on the beach in Malibu. She captioned it, “Footprints in the sand.” Gould also posted this beach photo, captioning it, “Whatever is good for the soul, do that.”

3. She Swims

One outdoor activity Gould likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shares a lot of videos and photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Gould posted these photos of herself in an infinity pool. She captioned it, “This planet is so beautiful.” Gould also posted this video of herself in the ocean. She captioned it, “Summer vibe always.”

4. She Gets Her Vitamin D

A little bit os sun each day is essential to get your vitamin D. “Vitamin D is one of the 13 vitamins discovered in the early 20th century by doctors studying nutritional deficiency diseases. Ever since, scientists have defined vitamins as organic (carbon-containing) chemicals that must be obtained from dietary sources because they are not produced by the body's tissues. Vitamins play a crucial role in our body's metabolism, but only tiny amounts are needed to fill that role,” says Harvard Health.

5. She Has Body Confidence

MollieGould.1Mollie Gould/Instagram

Gould frequently poses online in swimsuit photos, appearing body-confident. “Avoid 'should' and 'must' statements. If you find that your thoughts are full of these words, you might be putting too many demands on yourself. Try to remove these words from your thoughts. It may lead to a healthier view of what to expect from yourself,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Focus on the positive. Think about the parts of your life that work well. Remember the skills you've used to cope with challenges.”

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it.
