1. Do Weight and Strength Training
“The good thing about my workout routine is that all the exercises you can do literally anywhere, no gym machines are needed,” she told Women Fitness about her method. “I love leg day so my go to routine are lunges, walking lunges, squats, squat holds, jumping squats and then ab exercises (crunches, v holds and sit ups).” She added to Daily Star that she trains four or five times a week for 45 minutes per session. “I mainly focus on my lower body, so things that work the glutes, legs, and abs,” she said, revealing that she prefers body weight exercises over using machines.
2. Eat Healthy

Kady follows a healthy diet. “I just try to eat well and I’m lucky that I really love healthy food. I tend to eat lots of protein and vegetables while trying to avoid carbs and sugar,“ she dished to Daily Star. “That usually means I end up scoffing lots of chicken, eggs, smoked salmon, steak and cottage cheese. I make my own pizzas that are full of protein, too, and I love pancakes with blueberries and raspberries.”
3. Blast Belly Fat by Ditching Sugar

Kady keeps her midsection slim by avoiding one thing. “Getting rid of your belly fat is pretty much down to changing your diet and quitting sugar in particular,” she told Daily Star. “Sugar is basically just useless calories and if you consume too much it’s stored as fat directly on your stomach.”
4. Burn Calories with Cardio

Kady supplements her weight and strength training with cardio. “Cardio is good for burning those excess calories, so going for a run or doing a high intensity workout is a good idea,” she told Daily Star. “Remember: Cardiovascular training is any activity that increases your heart rate for a set amount of time. Explore a variety of options at home, outdoors and in the gym. You might try walking, running, cycling, swimming, cross-country skiing, stair climbing or jumping rope. Need more convincing? Cross-training can help reduce your risk of injury by challenging and strengthening muscles and joints that don't get used much during your normal routine,” says the Mayo Clinic.
5. Hydrate

Kady is a big fan of hydration, staying fueled for her rigorous workouts with the help of water and coconut water. “Avoiding large amounts of caffeinated beverages can also help you stay well hydrated. It is estimated that foods provide about 20% of our water intake. Including plenty of water-rich fruits and vegetables can be a good source of fluids. Replacing sugar-sweetened beverages, whole milk, and juice with water is a healthy choice that can support weight loss by reducing calorie intake,” says the Cleveland Clinic.
6. Do Yoga
Kady also is a devoted yogi. “Yoga mornings,” she captioned a recent clip highlighting her practice. “Studies have suggested possible benefits of yoga for several aspects of wellness, including stress management, mental/emotional health, promoting healthy eating/activity habits, sleep, and balance,” says the NIH.
7. Allow Yourself to Cheat

Kady eats healthy most of the time, but allows herself to indulge every once in a while. “If I was on a cheat day I’d happily munch through a big chocolate brownie but I wouldn’t do it on the days I was working out – I’d feel like I’d just undone all the hard work I’d put in,” she told Daily Star.
