She Works Out Her Legs

McDermott spilled some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. "I love leg day," she says. "My go-to routine is, lunges, walking lunges, squats, squat holds, jumping squats and then ab exercises (crunches, v holds and sit ups)." McDermott has amazing legs, so her workout is effective.

She Doesn't Need To Go To The Gym

McDermott has a busy schedule, but she still makes time to workout. She tells Women Fitness that she keeps her exercises simple. "The good thing about my workout routine is that all the exercises you can do literally anywhere," she says. "No gym machines are needed."

She Takes Care Of Her Hair

McDermott has amazing hair. She spilled her hair secrets to Women Fitness. "Hair care routine is my redken shampoo and conditioner, and the redken all in one treatment spray. The night before, I will always put coconut oil in my hair and wash it out in morning, keeps it so soft and shiny!"

McDermott has amazing skin. She tells Women Fitness that she makes skin care a priority. "​​I'm obsessed with skin care," she says. "Always make sure my skin is cleaned and moisturised."

She Cut Out Sugar

McDermott revealed to Daily Star that she decided to cut out sugar in her diet. "Getting rid of your belly fat is pretty much down to changing your diet and quitting sugar in particular," she explained. "Sugar is basically just useless calories, and if you consume too much, it's stored as fat directly on your stomach."
