Kali Uchis is one of the most well-known Latin pop stars right now. She has been nominated for several Grammy Awards, winning one, as well as having nominations for the Latin Grammys, the iHeartRadio Music Awards, and the Billboard Music Awards. Uchis recently took a trip to Brazil, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she posed in a bathing suit with the Brazilian flag and colors, and did some paddle boarding with a friend. 1. She Uses A Jade Roller

Uchis has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her favorite tips and products in a video with Vogue. She says that she likes to use a jade roller on her face. “Sometimes I use this jade roller, when I remember, or when I really have the energy and the time to do it. It's just good for your face, get the blood circulating. You can go like this right here for fine lines that are around your mouth. Supposedly, it also helps define your face.”
2. She Moisturizes

Uchis makes sure to keep her skin moisturized. And she makes sure her entire body stays hydrated. She revealed her favorite products and approach in her Vogue interview. “The moisturizer I'm using is Vanity Planet. I'm also gonna use the moisturizer on my neck, just 'cause the same thing I told you guys before, let's take care of our neck, and I'm gonna moisturize my hands. Then I'm gonna add cream for my eyes.”
3. She Uses Sunscreen
Uchis makes sure that her skin is protected from the sun. In her Vogue video, she says that sunscreen is an important part of her skincare routine. “Next is our sunscreen,” she says. “I'm using cream again. I try to wear sunscreen everyday.”
4. She Has A Good Work Ethic
Uchis opened up about her career and life to GQ. She says that she has learned that she has to make sacrifices and work hard to get to where she wanted to be. “I had a lot of issues with authority growing up. Honestly, I was just a really difficult kid. It was just a huge learning experience for me, because I had to realise that I didn’t own shit... And to take nothing for granted…I grew up learning about real sacrifices and that if you really want something you have to get it for yourself.”
5. She’s True To Herself
Uchis is all about being true to herself. She tells GQ that this has helped her get where she is in her career. “In order to be successful, you don’t need the whole industry to believe in you or to have everyone putting their money on you. You just have to be true to yourself and allow yourself the room to grow.”
