In it, Wybrańczyk posed in the ocean. She wore a black bikini and a white cover up with blue patterns on it. She captioned the post, "Some more spam from Mexico." How does she stay so fit? She Boxes

Being a professional fighter, Wybrańczyk naturally knows a lot of martial arts. She likes to do different forms of it to keep her skills fresh. One thing Wybrańczyk likes to do is box. She shared this video on Instagram of herself sparring with a trainer at the gym. Boxing has a lot of benefits. WCB.co reports, "Boxing is a great source of cardio exercise, it gets your heart pumping and your lungs working harder so you burn more calories and reach a fat-burning threshold. Cardio exercise places additional stress on your body in a safe and managed way, which results in beneficial changes to the systems in your body to support this increased level of exercise."

She Does Muay Thai

Wybrańczyk also likes to practice Muay Thai. She tells Real News, "Muay thai strengthens all muscles, sculpts the figure and affects the flexibility and agility of the body, and above all, it makes you feel better. In parallel with intensive training, I went on a diet, lost five kilograms and I must admit that I feel better than ever."

She Removed Her Implants

Wybrańczyk is dedicated to training. She tells Real News that she decided to remove her breast implants when they were giving her trouble. "I've been training intensively for a year, which means that I'm training seven days a week and I don't give up. For this reason, I also decided to remove the breast implants, which put a lot of strain on the spine and made it difficult to exercise."

She Planks

Wybrańczyk does a lot of different exercises to keep her body in shape. She shared some of her favorite workouts with Pudelek. One thing she does to stay in shape is hold a plank. She shared a photo of herself doing a side plank with support. Planks have a lot of benefits. HealthCorps states, "The plank works out a tremendous number of muscles in your body, which makes them appealing for all sorts of training – strength, endurance, you name it. Planks can even be a benefit for those wanting to do cardio training."

She Swims

As you can see from her latest Instagram post, Wybrańczyk loves to go to the beach. She spends a lot of time by the water, and shares a lot of beach and pool photos on Instagram. Wybrańczyk likes to swim to stay in shape. She posted these photos of herself in a pool in Punta Cana, captioning it, "Masters of the background." She also posted this pool photo from Tanzania.
