1. She Snorkels

Kaniha enjoys snorkeling while on vacation. “Life felt so different and beautiful under water. I overcame a bit of fear when my son dragged to go with him this morning! Im grateful for the beauty i experienced many metres below the sea. This video does no justice but just wanted to share a glimpse of what my eyes saw with yall!” she captioned a video. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

2. She Exercises

Kaniha puts in her time at the gym. “First work out of the year done !! Woohoo!! Good health is something I wish for all of us for this New Year. We gotta put in that little effort to stay healthy. Work, career, money, fame, fun, party none of this is possible if we aren't healthy. Make health & fitness as your top priority for 2023,” she captioned a post.

3. She Walks

Kaniha enjoys daily walks. “That joy when I can finally walk after what seems like the longest 10 weeks!!” she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. She Surfs

Kaniha sometimes picks up a surfboard and hits the waves. According to the Australian government’s Better Health, surfing provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness from paddling, shoulder and back strength, which also strengthens from the paddling, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” they say.

5. She Practices Self-Love

Kaniha is all about self-love. “I love who I am. I am thankful for all the mistakes I have made, Without that I would have never evolved. I am thankful for all those wrong people, Without 'em I would have never learnt my weaknesses. I am thankful for all the right ones, Without 'em I would have never known my strengths,” she captioned a post.

6. She Meditates

Kaniha practices regular meditation. “Breathe in, Breathe out And smile..... Coz we all have a life worth living!!” she wrote on social media. “When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic.
