Kara has a no diet policy. "I should be better, but I kinda eat whatever I want," the model, who soared to fame in a Carl's Jr. ad, dished to Fox News in an interview. "I do eat burgers and pizza." However, she added to Toronto Paradise: “But a healthy well balanced diet is important.”

"If I have a swimsuit shoot or something coming up, I make sure to start working out more," she told Fox. And if I have something important coming up that week, I'll really try to cut down on sugar and carbs," she added.
