She Eats Whatever She Wants

Kara doesnโ€™t follow any restrictive diets. โ€œI should be better, but I kinda eat whatever I want,โ€ the model, who soared to fame in a Carlโ€™s Jr. ad, toldย  Fox News in an interview. โ€œI do eat burgers and pizza.โ€ โ€œFirst, letโ€™s look at the incredible health benefits of topping your burger patty with guacamole.ย Avocadosโ€”the main ingredient in guacamoleโ€”is full of healthy fat known asย monounsaturated fat. Monounsaturated fat is a good, healthy fat for your body that helpsย lower the โ€˜badโ€™ LDL cholesterolย in your body, increases the โ€œgoodโ€ HDL cholesterol, and keeps you feeling fuller for longer. She Amps Up Her Diet and Workout Before a Shoot

However, if Kara needs to be in great shape, she will amp up her diet and workout. โ€œIf I have a swimsuit shoot or something coming up, I make sure to start working out more,โ€ she told Fox. And if I have something important coming up that week, Iโ€™ll really try to cut down on sugar and carbs,โ€ she added.

Kara also added to Toronto Paradise that โ€œmaking sure youโ€™re doing cardio at least three times a week,โ€ is important. โ€œI go hiking at least three times a week, I also do yoga and meditation,โ€ she said.ย ย

She Drinks Green Tea

Kara is all about detoxifying. She told Toronto Paradise that โ€œdrinking lots of green tea,โ€ is also an important part of her health plan as โ€œit boosts the metabolism.โ€ โ€œCompared with people who didnโ€™t drink any coffee or green tea, people who drank the most had much lower risks of premature death from any cause: about 40% lower for people who drank either two cups of coffee or four cups of tea per day; and 63% lower for people who drank both four cups of tea plus two cups of coffee per day,โ€ says Harvard Health.
