Karol G, the singer, is used to turning heads. As if to prove it, she just posted a stunning new set of photos on Instagram. In it, she posed in a black bathing suit, and featured her dyed blue hair. She captioned the post, "I was with someone but now I'm free." How does she stay so fit? She Loves Facial Creams

Karol has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She does have one product in particular that she likes to use. "I am incredibly obsessed with facial creams," Karol tells ET. "I use creams for my undereyes, my face, a morning cream and a night cream."

She's Confident In Herself

Karol tells ET that she feels confident in herself most days. She says that her career helps build her confidence. "I'll admit that I am not always 100 percent confident because I'm a woman. I'm a woman and I'm human. I do have those high peak moments when I feel my best. I feel gorgeous and I love what I do. I also have those days when I don't feel so great…. When I walk out onstage, that's when I feel the most grand and special. The stage is the happiest place in the world."

She Cuts Out Some Ingredients

Karol broke down her diet in an interview with People En Espanol. She says that while she isn't on any particular plan, she does try to eat healthy most of the time. Karol says that she cuts out or limits some food and ingredients. "I don't eat any desserts, I reduce dairy products, and eat Greek yogurt with granola only twice a week."

She Believes In Balance

Karol tells People En Espanol that she doesn't like to restrict herself too much, and prefers to eat a balanced diet. "I don't like diets that are extremely strict," she says. "I don't eat fast food like burgers, but I will eat a nice steak with mash potatoes and veggies. You have to have a balance. I have an insulin problem and maintaining a good weight for me is super stressful."

She Has Strong Faith

Karol is open about how important her faith is to her. She tells People En Espanol, "I'm not too into meditation, but I do pray and when I see beautiful things out there I say, 'Thank you God for this,' because I do believe a lot in God. I think that everything that happens in my life is a miracle.
