1. She Eats “Everything”
Karolina counts calories but doesn’t avoid anything in particular. “For almost my entire career I had a gluten-free diet, no lactose, I practically did not eat cheese at all … But now I am at such a stage in my life that I think that you need to have a balance and today I eat everything. I went through draconian diets – I will not do it again, I learned from my mistakes. Right now I only look at my caloric balance and this is how I eat it all,” she revealed in an interview.
2. She Does Cardio Every Day
Karolina tries to move daily. “Regeneration is also very important. When I feel like laziness, I feel like laziness and I don’t feel guilty about it.
