Karrueche Tran, the actress and model, recently celebrated her 34th birthday in Jamaica. She has never been afraid to show off her body, and just posted a new revealing photo to her Instagram story. 1. She Stays Hydrated

Tran revealed some of her wellness secrets to HollywoodLife.com. She says that she always tries to stay hydrated each day. “My one thing is, I drink lots of water. I know it sounds cliché, but I try to drink big bottles of water. I try to drink at least one a day, or two, but it should be three per day, so three liters a day.”
2. She Does Hot Yoga
Tran talked about her favorite workouts to HollywoodLife.com. “I do really hot yoga, like 110 degrees,” she says. “I love that it isn’t just a workout. I can also detox my skin, my face, my body, just everything. It just makes me feel so good and powerful. Not only are you cleansing your body and your face, you’re just stretching and you’re flexible.”
3. She Stretches

Tran says that she loves yoga because of the stretching movements. She tells HollywoodLife.com that she does a lot of stretching in her life. “The older you get, we got to stretch these muscles out and sit up straight,” she says. “We don’t think about it, but it’s very important, so I think that those two [hot yoga and stretching] are what’s been keeping me in shape right now.”
4. She Knows Her Skin Type

Tran has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She says to HollywoodLife.com that a big part of skincare is knowing what type of skin she has, and what products work for her. “I’ve been blessed to be able to use products from Dior and Patcha. Just really great products that help your skin. You need to know what type of skin you have and use the right products that will help it.”
5. She Works Her Lower Body

Tran has an amazing lower body, which means she does a lot of lower body workouts. She shared some of her go-to exercises on her YouTube channel. In it, Tran and her personal trainer do a quick 20 minute lower body workout. They are seen doing exercises like, lateral walks with a resistance band, squat walks, and fire hydrants.
