1. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Karrueche is devoted to fitness, mixing up her workouts to maintain variety and breaking a sweat “a least three times a week,” she told Muscle & Fitness. One of her favorite classes? Barre. “Barre is good for the thighs and the booty, and I’m all about the booty. I also work with a trainer in the gym. I use machines. I do squats and sumo squats with the bar on my shoulders, and lunges with dumbbells. I’m tiny, so I don’t want to use too much weight. I don’t want to be a little stick with muscle.”
2. She Doesn’t Diet
"Diets don't really work for me," she says. "I want to be fit and have some meat on my bones. I stopped eating carbs and red meat for a month and a half, and I was like, 'Oh, no, I lost my butt!' I have to eat potatoes and rice and meat to bulk up. But I do try not to eat too much fast food,” she told Glamour about her diet. “I’ve been eating more vegetables. I love kale now,” she added to Muscle & Fitness.
3. She Drinks a Lot of Water

“My one thing is, I drink lots of water,” Tran revealed to HollywoodLife. “I know it sounds cliché, but I try to drink big bottles of water. I try to drink at least one a day, or two, but it should be three per day, so three liters a day.”
4. She Cheats

Karrueche believes in the occasional indulgence. “In-N-Out Burger used to be my cheat meal,” she told Muscle & Fitness. “I love In-N-Out, but I don’t eat red meat anymore, so I’ll get the grilled cheese. It isn’t as good as a cheeseburger, but it’ll do for now.”
5. She Loves Hot Yoga

Karrueche also stays fit with the help of hot yoga. “I do really hot yoga, like 110 degrees,” she reveals, noting that she loves Hot 8 in Los Angeles. — A California-based yoga studio chain that provides different styles of hot yoga, incorporating free weights and cardio exercises. Tran hopes to inspire others by sharing her workouts on social media. "I love reading the comments and seeing someone say, 'This just motivated me to go to the gym today,'" she told Glamour. "It benefits us all to motivate others." To stay motivated: "No.1: Again, start with what you can do. No. 2: Don’t think you have to run a marathon or be an elite athlete. No. 3: Build exercise into your day. Take the stairs or park in the back of the parking lot. No. 4: Schedule exercise into your day as if it were an appointment. No. 5: Get a workout buddy. And No. 6, which is key," says the Mayo Clinic.
