Kate Bosworth is 39 years old and in the best shape of her life, thanks to an incredibly disciplined approach to diet and fitness (with some fun thrown in too!). “Here’s how I get summer ready! (w/ a focus on fitness 💪🏻)” she captioned a recent Instagram post, which showed her doing Emsculpt. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 7 ways the actress stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Low-Impact Workouts

Bosworth swears by low-impact workout P.volve, which focuses on smaller ranges of motion. "I know that everyone thought the video I put up about P.volve was pretty funny," she says. "It’s a provocative video, but it’s actually such a wonderful piece of equipment. P.volve is really focused on those kind of low-impact, micro movements in order to target hard-to-reach areas."

2. She Works Out With a Trainer

Bosworth starts her days with a workout, and loves her trainer Stephanie Watson. "We met her on a TV show two years ago called the I-Land,” Bosworth says. “She’s also very focused on low-impact exercise and the mind-body connection. Her whole mission is low-impact fitness, and I learned everything I know about that from her."

3. Exercise Doesn’t Have To Be Intense

Bosworth avoids overly-strenuous workouts these days, and focuses on the smaller victories. “I had a hard time with my exercise routine because I felt like it had to be an hour, and it had to be really rigorous and intense,” she says. “Then, I realized you can go down and get on the treadmill for 20 minutes, and you’ve done something.”

4. She Knows When Food Should Be Fuel

Bosworth loves to cook and eat, but behaves like an athlete when working. “When I’m working, I look at food as fuel. The hours can be long and irregular, and sometimes we work through the night,” she says. “So I eat a lot of really good complex carbs, like sweet potato or chickpeas, protein and a lot of vegetables. During my time off, I make comfort food and don’t worry so much about how the food makes me feel. But on set, it’s almost like an athletic approach to performance. A healthy diet can bring a lot of stamina and endurance, and it’s important if you want to perform to your best ability.”

5. ...And She Knows When To Just Enjoy Herself

Bosworth is obsessed with cheeseburgers, and has two favorite spots to grab a bite. “I have two favorite cheeseburgers; one is from Burgers Never Say Die in Los Angeles, and the other from a place called Norm’s News in Kalispell, Montana, which has one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had.”

6. She Loves Mediterranean Food

Bosworth is a big fan of the Mediterranean diet, especially Israeli food. “I love the cuisine so much that to eat in the actual country would be a dream,” she says. “I have a close group of Israeli friends, so it’s what they cook for me. I love all the dips and spreads, and those fresh, crunchy, bright salads. I could just eat bowls of them, and they’re great with marinated grilled meat. It’s all healthy and super tasty.”

7. Horseback Riding

Bosworth has been riding horses since she was five years old, which helped her get the lead role in Blue Crush. “I was a [horseback] jumper so, I likened surfing to horse riding only because I'd never surfed before and I had promised [producer] Brian Grazer and [director] John Stockwell that I would know how to surf by the time the cameras were rolling,” she says. “It was a tall order. But the balance and the kind of [muscle] sensitivity, the horse riding and jumping and coordination that takes—I thought if I can do that, I should be able to surf. Surfing's harder. Maybe it's because I've been horse riding longer, but I do think that that kind of experience and also like a fearlessness when you're jumping really high fences on a live animal, you've got to have a certain brain to do that, or desire, you know… So I felt like if I can ride a horse, I can take on a wave.”

Kate Hudson in a swimsuit is "summer ready," as she captioned a new swimsuit photo. (She had in one hand her own King St. Vodka.) The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star is trying to make time for herself and this over-scheduled world. She loves spending time with her family and at home, or working hard on her active line, Fabletics, but in between all that it’s so important to her to make time for her health and wellness, passing those healthy habits onto her children. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see how Kate Hudson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Prioritizes Her Health, Mind and Body

In her book Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body, Kate promotes the importance of well-being. She understands life can get busy, especially seeing how her mother, Goldie Hawn, handled raising her, but it’s still so important to put your mental and physical health first. "I'm finally at a place in my life where if someone wants to know what I do to stay healthy, why not tell them?" she asks. "Why not put it out there?" She’s not gatekeeping her tricks and wants to promote a healthy lifestyle to other busy women

2. She Dances Her Way To A Slim Figure

"Dancing is the thing for me," she says. "It just makes me feel so much better." We got a little taste of her dancing skills on the show Glee when she guest starred as Cassandra, Rachel Berry's dance teacher in college. She loves to take classes in a more structured environment and sometimes just freestyle, being goofy on her own. Blasting music in the comfort of her own house. "Sometimes I'll lock myself in a room and dance. I'll turn music on as loud as possible and just get weird!" she says, laughing.

3. She’s Not Afraid To Switch It Up

She is constantly changing a lot in her life, and that includes her workouts. "Change is my constant,” she says. "I change my routine. I change my look. I change my mind," said Hudson. When it comes to her fitness routine, that’s the thing she likes to switch up the most. "I'll do Tracy Anderson, I'll do Body by Simone, I do everything," Hudson said. "Nothing, literally nothing, makes me feel like I'm back to my body more than pilates," she says. "I'll travel, and I'll go for a run or I'll spin, but when I go home and get on the reformer or the Cadillac, my body immediately goes back. I can see an instant shift."

4. She Does What's Best For Her Body

She really avoids fads and just does what works for her own individual body and what she enjoys doing. "I don't judge my practice, ever,” she says. She loves challenging her mind and body with transcendental meditation and Kundalini. "You could sit there and not think of your mantra for your whole practice, but you're still benefiting," she says. She's also a big believer in taking a day or two to yourself. "Throw that idea of 'I have to, I have to, I have to' out the window."

5. She’s Mindful and Makes an Effort to Eat Breakfast

Just like exercising, when it comes to Kate's eating, she tries not to obsess, but also to stay mindful. She aims to have five small meals each day, trying to pick mostly plant-based options. "I've pretty much cut meat out," she says. "I don't remember the last time I ate a steak." She sometimes has difficulty with her morning routine, not being much of a breakfast person but has heard that it’s important to eat something in the morning. "The hardest thing for me is eating right when I get up, because I don't like to. I'm not one of those people who wakes up hungry," she explains. "I wake up and I want coffee and even a green juice, but everybody says you've got to eat something, even if it's little. So that's sort of the hardest, but I realize that when I do, I eat less during the day or late at night."

Kate Beckinsale is an actress, best known for her role in the popular Underworld film series. She just shared a stunning new set of photos on Instagram. In it, Beckinsale enjoyed time at the beach. She wore a brown bikini, sunhat, and a white cover-up. Beckinsale’s amazing figure was on display. She captioned the post, “Say hello to falsetto, in three, two, one, swag.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kate Beckinsale stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Stands Up For Herself

David Yurman Paris Flagship Grand OpeningKristy Sparow/Getty Images

Beckinsale isn’t afraid to stand up for herself. When she felt that her comments in an interview were misconstrued, she hit back. Beckinsale explained herself in this Instagram post. “I was asked multiple times in a recent interview if knew my IQ. I didn’t answer the question the first few times, but I did tell the truth that my mum had had me tested when I was young, and that it was high. I didn’t remember the number, and after being pressed several times to call my mother and ask her, I did. Here’s the dilemma: Tell the truth? Refuse to answer the question? Lie? Pretend it was lower? I told the truth and some journalists have been triggered by this. Are we really jumping on women for answering a question truthfully about their intelligence or education? Are we really still requiring women to dumb themselves down in order not to offend?”

2. She Protects Her Skin From The Sun

National Film Awards 2022 - Winners RoomJoe Maher/Getty Images

Beckinsale has amazing skin. She revealed some of her secrets to People. Beckinsale says that protecting her skin from the sun is one of her main tips. "I think obviously some of it is a genetic thing, although you can mess that up. I didn't see sun for the first several decades of my life, and that's probably been a big help. A great deal of it was geography [growing up in England], but the otwas on the very rare occasions when we would go on a family vacation somewhere hot, I was paranoid that I would get freckles in a mustache formation on my face. So I was wearing Factor 70 [SPF]. I just didn't want a mustache, that's really why I used sunscreen."

3. She Makes Time For Herself

2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsArturo Holmes/FilmMagic

Beckinsale has a busy schedule, but she always makes time to relax. "I literally cannot transition from day to night unless I have submerged myself in water," she says to People. "Which is really annoying because I could get a hotel room and it'll have cockroaches and go, 'Okay, fine,' But if [the room] doesn't have a bathtub, I'll be like, 'Sorry, can I move?' I really need to have that every day, no matter what. Even when it's Oscar night and you're getting home at seven in the morning once you've been to 15 parties. I still have to go through the whole bath thing."

4. She Pushes Herself To Workout

Beckinsale opened up about her fitness secrets to Shape Magazine. She admits that she doesn’t always want to workout. However, she pushes herself to get through it. "I start out absolutely dreading it, do an incredibly punishing workout, bitch about it the whole time, and end up feeling 100 percent better when I leave," she says. "Working out is basically nature's antidepressant."

5. She Works With A Trainer

kate-beckinsale-beachKate Beckinsale / Instagram

Beckinsale works out with personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to help her stay in shape. She talked about their sessions to Shape Magazine. "I work out hard with Gunnar five or six times a week," she says. "We have loads in common, like our kids. During our sessions we have long talks about teenagers, and then suddenly one day I find that my ass is in a lot better shape than I thought it was!"

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
