She Still Indulges
Bosworth opened up about her health and wellness in an interview with SELF. She says that she doesn't give up all her favorite indulgences. And she has a favorite. "Ketchup is the indulgence that I never give up. Ketchup on everything."
She Changed Her Diet
Bosworth told SELF that as she's gotten older, she's had to make a lot of lifestyle changes. In particular, she changed her diet. "One day in my mid-20s it hit me that I can't have a burger for lunch," she explained. "I'm going to fall asleep."
She Does Long-Term Workouts
Bosworth revealed some of her favorite workouts to Women's Health. She says that her approach to fitness has changed over the years. She says that she does workouts that offer more long-term results and are more low-impact. "The way my mindset has changed over the last couple of years is from high-intensity workouts being most important to a mindset that's more focused on a fitness from a longevity and vitality viewpoint," she said.
She Does Pulses
Bosworth revealed that she loves to do pulse workouts to stay in shape. "It's the mind-body connection that really allows you to engage and connect with specific muscles and the different movements that you can do," she told Women's Health. "I really lean on the micro movements now."
She Works Out Her Lower Body
Bosworth doesn't skip leg day. She tells Women's Health that she does a lot of lower body exercises. "I believe that the glutes are some of the hardest muscles to target. You have to be super consistent with it."
