In her book, Fitter, Happier, Healthier: The Ultimate 4 Week Body Transformation Plan, Kate reveals a food she avoids."One thing I rarely eat is sandwiches..."I never feel like there's any goodness in them. The only ones I do have sometimes are the Christmas sandwiches with turkey, stuffing and cranberry. I may have one, once a year as a festive treat, but that's my lot,” she said.

2. She Also Stays Away From Her Children’s Leftovers

Being a mother and stepmother, Kate maintains that there is always some not-so-healthy food around. "Leftovers are tempting. I'd used to have my dinner and then mindlessly pick at whatever the kids had left as well…” she says in her book. "Now if the kids leave food on their plates, I'll put anything salvageable straight in the fridge then I'll throw the rest away immediately so I'm not tempted to pick."

3. She Keeps Sweets Out of Reach

"There are often naughty snacks in the house for the kids but I keep them in a high cupboard out of reach of both the kids and me…” she wrote. "If I have a sweet craving, I've got to get out a pair of mini steps and climb up to get them down. As soon as I go to get the steps I think 'Why am I doing this?' and it stops me."

4. She Drinks a Smoothie Every Morning

Kate starts the day with a veggie smoothie. She blends up fruits and veggies for a nutritious meal. It consists of spinach, kale, celery, and frozen berries mixed with water and ice.

Kate also eats a healthy and “boring” dinner, which usually consists of fish. “I really don't like greens so I chop them up and mix them in with my rice so it doesn't feel so difficult eating them,” she writes.

Ferdinand uses her workouts as “me time”. "I've always been into my workouts, I love working out,” she says. “I do like to look good, I'm not going to lie, but also mentally my life is so manic that that hour in the morning just calms me. I'm on a whole new thing though. I have started looking after my body from the inside. I feel like everyone always wants to go to the gym, and get their hair done and look good but I have started trying to take care internally - and I feel like that might be helping."

Ferdinand starts the day with fresh celery juice smoothies. "I love chocolate, I love crisps, I love takeaways, everything,” she says. “But what I have been doing, I am obsessed with celery juice. I hate the taste, it is vile, but the benefits, it will change your life. It has mine... First thing in a morning on an empty stomach, and you don't eat for half an hour. It's good for your skin, your stomach, it's good for bloating. The list is endless."

3. Occasional Treats

Ferdinand refuses to feel guilty for occasional indulgences. "Girls we are human, sometimes we need chocolate (or wine)… Having a stressful day or having cravings is part of being a woman,” she says. “If you do give in to temptation every now and then DO NOT beat yourself up, use it as motivation to work harder tomorrow." Experts agree: “A healthy relationship with chocolate helps you enjoy it in moderation and without guilt, rather than cycling between trying to completely avoid it and then overdoing it,” says Johns Hopkins Medicine.

4. Home Cooking

Ferdinand says being in a serious relationship motivated her to work on her cooking skills. “I’ve definitely improved since I met Rio, and I’ve expanded the range of dishes I make,” she says. I used to cook what I like because I was only cooking for myself, but now I make things that the kids like and they’re proper family meals like salmon and rice and broccoli, or prawns with rice and veg, or lamb chops, potatoes and veg. They always have greens with their dinner. I make everything from scratch, because then you know exactly what’s in your meals.”

5. Never Skips a Workout

Ferdinand is so dedicated to her workouts, she even trained on the morning of her wedding. “Lots of people asking did I train the morning of the wedding .... of course I DID,” she says. “It’s not just about the body it’s about the mind ... going into the best day of my life feeling focused and happy.”

Court is inspired by Meghan Markle’s “flawless” skin and makeup, and tries to emulate her natural aesthetic. “Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural,” she says. “At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use. My staple foundation is Too Faced, but I do switch between Fenty and L’Oreal Infallible. For Concealer I use Revolution or Nars Cream Concealer. I also use Nars blusher, Benefit Hoola Bronzer and Mac Blusher.”

Court is now a household name—but she stays down-to-earth. “Obviously, life has just really changed,” she says. “I've realized how important it is to have your friends and family close. Coming out and seeing the papers and people's opinions, I think everyone could see I was genuine in there and just really normal. I love to laugh, I love a drink – I'm a true Essex girl and I think people could see that. So, no matter what happens, I just want to make sure that Essex is still inside me, that I stay true to myself and just enjoy what is happening at the moment!”

Court felt under pressure to lose weight before going on TV, something she now regrets. “I’ve always been [before Love Island] fluctuating between a size 8 and 10, but most of the time a size 10,” she says. “I was so happy with the way I looked, I didn’t think twice about it. On the weeks leading up to Love Island I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable whilst doing it. I’d changed whilst I was on the show for several reasons that’s probably for another story time. But I went from a size 10 to a 6, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy etc) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I MISSED them.”

5. She Loves Her Curves

Court put on weight after leaving Love Island, and couldn’t be happier with her new curves. "There was a point where people thought I was pregnant because I was putting on loads of weight," she says. "When I was on Love Island I was a size 6 but now I’m a size 10. But I prefer me as a 10 because I’ve got my [chest] back, I’ve got my bum back and I’ve got curves. So, I don’t really care what the newspapers have got to say about me being a size 10."

Being in the public eye can be difficult, however, Brown tells The Sun that she has learned to ignore the trolls. "I'm constantly trolled by people asking how I've put on so much weight,” she revealed. “I've learned to live with it. Everyone says 'Love Island's for skinny people.’ While I completely support the idea of putting more diverse body types on the show, people need to remember the way I look now is how I looked in my first audition."

2. She Doesn’t Diet

Before going to Love Island, Brown is open about how she did a lot of working out and dieting. However, she tells The Sun that she quickly abandoned the diet, and encouraged others to do the same. "I looked amazing, but that diet really isn't sustainable. I'd end some days completely exhausted because my body wasn't getting all the nutrients it -- and, of course, the meals became SO boring.”

3. She’s Authentic

In an interview with Boohoo, Brown opened up about her life as an influencer and what she wants to accomplish. Brown says that she doesn’t want to just promote products and looks, but also show her personality. “The stuff I wear, I believe in the products that I promote. I wouldn't do it, but I don't just want it to be that. Yeah. That's not what my Instagram is from. My Instagram's from you knowing me from tv, not from what I wear. That's what I believe an influencer does and there's nothing wrong with that. I didn't grow my Instagram to be an influencer. I grew it because of my personality.”

4. She Skis

Brown spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go skiing. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself on the slopes. Brown shared this video of herself going skiing. This is almost defines skiing because skiing involves quite a bit of balance and coordination. There are so many slight movements and positions of your body that you must be conscious of to ski well. The more you ski the more you strengthen your ability to be aware of the movement of your body parts.”

1. She’s Authentic

Casta opened up about her career to Grazia. She says that she wants to be authentic in her career, and change the perception of how models are viewed. “The idea is to fight for the beauty. When I talk about beauty it's something profound, not something superficial. It's true I came from fashion but I also felt I fought for something. I met incredible people like Saint Laurent who taught me to how to fight for beauty – real beauty. I think that's why they came to me because they knew I was trying all those 20 years to be authentic and trying to break the code as a model.”

For Casta, fitness is a priority. She tells Grazia that she always makes time for exercise in her schedule. “Sometimes I have to [work out]. I don’t want to like everybody but I have to and I’m a human being. I’ve always been a sports person anyway since I was a young girl; it’s good for the brain. I go to run, I do gym sometimes, I swim... I’m not a freak out with that.”

Casta toldHarper’s Bazaar in 2012 that she is an avid runner. “Ladies; we need to work out – there are no alternatives. I try to exercise as much as possible. I like to run, swim and walk rather than going to the gym. You can’t beat an early morning run to start the day. I am quite active, having children makes you that way because I’m always running around after them!”

Beauty is something universal, it's not only one way of being. It's what I'm fighting for women to accept the feminity that they have. This is really important to me, [especially now that] I have daughters.

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Casta has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets with Into The Gloss. "Sometimes when I have puffy eyes, I take ice and put some rose lotion and a cotton pad all together, and put it on my eyes in the morning. I have a product for when the lips get dry…it’s papaya; Lucas Papaw Ointment... I love to use that product, but I can put it here too, on the eye. It can be a nice eye shadow, especially here, on the inner corner, to create light around the eye."

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym.
