Hudson once posted a photo of herself flat on a workout mat, her daughter next to her. “Those who recover together... maybe you can finish the sentence. I grew up witnessing my parents take care of their bodies. People always ask me how I get motivated to stay in shape. The answer is, it’s what I know. It’s how I was raised. It’s engrained [sic] in my brain that honoring and working our body is a gift, and so I don’t take it for granted,” she captioned the workout Instagram post. “I loooove moving. I love when it’s challenging. I love being in charge of my results. And I looooove seeing my daughter have fun doing it with me. They watch everything we do! Gotta make some good moves for kids.”

“As your skin ages, I think it can handle more moisture and more product. When I was much younger, in my 20s, I had quite sensitive skin and did better using fewer products. Now that I’m older, my skin is still sensitive, but I can use heavier creams and other products without breaking out,” she told Byrdie.

“I always try to find at least a half-hour to work out. In fact, today I didn’t work out and it’s getting late. And I’ll still find time to work out,” she said. “When you're designing your personal fitness program, consider your fitness goals. Think about your fitness likes and dislikes, and note your personal barriers to fitness. Then consider practical strategies for keeping your fitness program on track,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Starting a fitness program is an important decision, but it doesn't have to be an overwhelming one. By planning carefully and pacing yourself, you can make fitness a healthy habit that lasts a lifetime.”

“Anytime I’m like, ‘Oh, I’m kind of not fitting into my jeans,’ it’s usually because I’ve been on a big chips and salsa kick,” she explained. “And Simple Mills makes an amazing cheddar almond flour cheddar. It’s like a Cheez-It, but healthy. That’s big in our house.”
