One thing she did was go vegan for a period of time. “I’m also feeling the benefits of having done a mostly vegan diet for two weeks,” she writes. “It really does help you eat less sugar and opt for healthy snacks like nuts and fruit. I’m going to treat myself to halloumi tonight though as it’s the weekend!”

She revealed what she was doing on Instagram. “Obviously after my birth (which was abdominal), I wasn’t allowed to do any form of exercise for at least 6 weeks so I took it easy and up until now have only been walking @baxterandshirley with a couple of reformer pilates classes back in May.”

When it comes to working out, Lawler tells LifestyleLink that she makes sure to do so on a regular basis. Instead, she focuses on moderation. “I'm conscious of eating healthily, but I believe that you can have everything in moderation. She says that she only drinks water now. “I’ve learnt that drinking at least two litres of water a day will make your skin clearer and also keep hunger at bay. Lawrence’s hair might actually be healthier this way, experts say, "After only a day of not using irons or heat instruments to style the hair, it will be in the condition that our hair is which is dehydrated, fragile, dull, and lifeless," says Garnier celebrity hairstylist Millie Morales. "After a month, you will notice an incredible, stronger change in your hair. You would have recovered the hydration, the natural oils of your hair and would have strengthened the protective layer of the hair."

She tells Pop-Up Workouts that she likes to walk a lot. “Wherever I'm going, I make sure I walk,” she says. “That kind of makes me refreshed.” “Walking wards off heart disease, brings up the heart rate, lowers blood pressure and strengthens the heart. Post-menopausal women who walk just one to two miles a day can lower their blood pressure by nearly 11 points in 24 weeks. She Strength Trains

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles.
