1. She Works Out At Home
Lawler shared some of her workout tips in this Facebook post. She says that she likes to do at-home exercises. “I honestly couldn’t be arsed today but got the mat out, googled ‘20 minute workout’ and exercised for free in the comfort of my own home. It was difficult but that’s mainly because Baxter and Shirley were trying to snog my face and stand on my chest.”
2. She Does A Variety Of Workouts

In her Facebook post, Lawler talked about what exercises she likes to do. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. “I get a lot of questions about my exercise regime,” she says. “And the truth is I power walk 60 minutes every day with the doggies, do a boxing, HIIT or hot yoga class when I can or if I’m feeling lazy like today, 20 minutes on the mat.”
3. She Went On A Vegan Diet

Lawler opened up about her approach to eating in her Facebook post. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. One thing she did was go vegan for a period of time. “I’m also feeling the benefits of having done a mostly vegan diet for two weeks,” she writes. “It really does help you eat less sugar and opt for healthy snacks like nuts and fruit. I’m going to treat myself to halloumi tonight though as it’s the weekend!”
4. She Walks Her Dog

Lawler makes sure to workout regularly. She says in an interview that one thing she does is go on walks. Specifically, she walksA her dog every day. “Exercise for me is crucial to remain fit and healthy,” Lawler says. I’m guilty of pigging out and because I sometimes binge on junk food, I make sure I go to the gym at least once a week and do at least 60 minutes of power walking every day. Luckily I have a dog which gives me an excuse to walk.”
5. She Doesn’t Make Excuses
In her Facebook post, Lawler writes that she doesn’t like to make excuses for not working out. “I’m guilty of making excuses, but let’s be honest, there are no excuses when you don’t have to pay or leave the house to work out. It’s also not difficult to find just 20 minutes after work or before if you wake up a little bit earlier, right?”
