Kate Love is white hot in her swimsuit. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition supermodel shows off her incredible figure in a white bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, posing a question to her fans. “Who has allergies & congestion?! What are your best natural remedies??” she asked in her Instagram post. How does she maintain her fit physique? Read on to see 5 ways Kate Love stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Eats Clean

Tiffany & Co. NYC Flagship Store ReopeningTaylor Hill/Getty Images

Kate eats “pretty consistently,” she told Sports Illustrated. “Especially while we’re mostly at home.” Her breakfast order? “I have an oat milk cappuccino, two scrambled eggs with everything but the bagel seasoning, and truffle zest,” she told Sports Illustrated. She also shared a video documenting her meal prep. “I love nothing more than my homemade breakfast,” she wrote. “It’s clean, healthy and starts my day off right.” For lunch, she will eat a salad midday, which she pairs with a protein. Her go-to? “Typically greens, grilled chicken, avocado, toasted chickpeas, croutons, blueberries, pine nuts and olive oil.” Kate loves seafood. “I mostly have fish for dinner,” she told Sports Illustrated. “Usually something easy! I pick up fresh fish and whatever side of veggies I’m excited about and bake them or put them in the air fryer for some crunch.”

2. She Sticks to Low-Calorie Spirits

Kate-Love-2Kate Love/Instagram

Kate doesn’t drink her calories.. Her favorite spirit is Pompette, a low-sugar, low calorie (40 per glass, 160 per bottle) hard seltzer. She likes it so much that she partnered up with the bubbly beverage brand.

3. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

“I am someone who works out very regularly, but it all depends on what I have accessible to me that day,” she told Fox News. “Sometimes I’ll do an at-home workout using a fitness app. I love a good dance cardio because it’s really fun, and you can honestly do it anywhere. When I’m at home, I work out with my trainer in the mornings at Gotham Gym. I love it and I can get my workout done for the day. Sometimes I’ll even bike there, and it feels great to get your day started that way. If I’ve been traveling a lot or I feel run down, I love hot yoga to help stretch everything out. I do spin. I like SoulCycle and I do Pilates. And if I’m in a different city, I look up workouts near my hotel.”

4. She Walks Her Dog

Kate-Love-4Kate Love/Instagram

Another way Kate gets her steps in is by walking her Vizsla named Vestry, who “gets me outside every day,” says the model. “I’ve started to notice the mileage that I walk with my dog. So I walk everywhere to get things done, but I’m also in a walkable city. If I’m in a location that’s not so walkable, I get on a treadmill and walk for an hour. And I find that makes a big difference. And on days when I feel like challenging myself, maybe I’ll do a bit of an incline for an hour.”

5. She Does TRX Workouts

Kate-Love-5Kate Love/Instagram

Kate loves TRX workouts. “I think the key is to get your body moving,” she told Fox News. “You shouldn’t get intimidated by doing certain workouts. Whatever works for you is great. I also like the TRX Suspension Trainers, and you can just hook them to your door. It’s amazing to stretch on. You can do cardio or strength training with your body weight. It’s also easy to travel with. It’s hard to have an excuse at this point to not work out because there are so many things you can do.”

Millie Court, star of Love Island, sends “Postcards from Ibiza 🖤✨,” as she captioned a new swimsuit photo. “MILLIEEEEE 😍😍🔥,” said Kaz Kamwi in the comments. “Omg 😍😍😍😍😍,” said Liberty Poole. 1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsSamir Hussein/WireImage

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

1. She Was “Unhealthily Skinny” On Love Island

Following her debut on Love Island, Millie ended up gaining weight. Her followers accused her of being pregnant, and she responded by revealing that she was actually healthy. "[In] the weeks leading up to Love Island, I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful, slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable while doing it,” she said in a post. "I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my ... curves I once had and I missed them."

2. She Embraces Her Body

In the same post, Millie encouraged her millions of followers to love themselves. "We're all different shapes and sizes, each size perfect in our own way. But please don't get stuck to the beauty standard of 'perfection'," she said. "Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything that creates you as a person."

3. She Battled Acne

Millie has also been open about her skin struggles. "I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible,” she told Hello. “I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow."

4. She Takes Baths

One way Millie prioritizes self-care? She takes baths. "Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…," she captioned this Instagram snap. Not only have hot baths been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression, but one recent study found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Cheats

Millie might eat healthy most of the time, but she is always down for the occasional cheat meal. “Last stop in LA,” she captioned this photo of herself standing outside of SoCal’s famous In-N-Out Burger.

6. She Hikes

Want to get into shape like Millie? Take a hike! “Obligatory Hollywood sign pic wearing all @puma,” she captioned this snap from one of her excursions.

1. She Feels Free With Her Body

Emily appeared on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! and had to wear a swimsuit. “My weight has long been criticized [on social media], so wearing a bikini in the jungle was a daunting prospect,” she told Women’s Health UK. “But the experience forced me to rebuild my relationship with my body; because there was nowhere to hide, I had to embrace those insecurities and I returned from Australia feeling free.”

2. She Loves to Cook and Host

"My kitchen is an absolute state by the end of it, but I love it, I don't mind," she told Hello. "I want people to feel comfortable in my home. I'm really not one to fuss about a pasta sauce stain going on the sofa – I really don't care."

3. She Tries to Eat Healthy

"I do try and keep quite healthy - because I love alcohol, I have to balance it out a bit! I can't be eating bags of chips if I'm having wine,” she told Hello. For lunch, for example, "I'll have a chicken salad with cucumber, tomato, loads of veg, chopped peppers, chopped onions."

4. She Intermittent Fasted

Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards 2019 - Red Carpet ArrivalsJeff Spicer/Getty Images

"I do intermittent fasting,” she told Women’s Health. “I don't have breakfast – I'm not a morning person – and I'll eat my first meal, usually a chicken salad, around midday. Mid-afternoon, I'll have a snack, and then another meal early evening, which is normally a pasta-based dish or a HelloFresh delivery if I'm busy. And if I want dark chocolate, popcorn or my favourite pad thai takeaway, I won't deny myself."

5. She’s Always Wearing Makeup—But Never Goes to the Counter

The BRIT Awards 2022 - Red Carpet ArrivalsJMEnternational/Getty Images

"I don’t go to counters now because I get my makeup done all the time for work – my cousin Lydia Barnes is an amazing makeup artist. But the first time was when I was 16, I had just had my heart broken, I was miserable and my mum let me have the day off and took me into work with her in London. We went into Liberty. It was the first time I had ever been there – it was so exciting. I had my makeup done at Bobbi Brown by a really nice man, who made me look pretty and said, 'Darling, he’s not worth it!'” she told Get the Gloss.

1. She Took It Easy After Having A Baby

After having her first child, Lawler had to take it easy, especially when it comes to her workouts. She revealed what she was doing on Instagram. “Obviously after my birth (which was abdominal), I wasn’t allowed to do any form of exercise for at least 6 weeks so I took it easy and up until now have only been walking @baxterandshirley with a couple of reformer pilates classes back in May.”

2. She Works Out On A Regular Basis

When it comes to working out, Lawler tells LifestyleLink that she makes sure to do so on a regular basis. She says that her diet is one of her main motivations. “I’m guilty of pigging out and because I sometimes binge on junk food, I make sure I go to the gym at least once a week,” she says. “Exercise for me is crucial to remain fit and healthy.”

3. She Walks

One thing Lawler likes to do to stay in shape is going for walks. “I do at least 60 minutes of power walking every day,” she says to LifestyleLink. Lawler sometimes has a furry companion with her. “Luckily, I have a dog, which gives me an excuse to walk.”

4. She Believes In Moderation

Lawler tells LifestyleLink that when it comes to her diet, she doesn’t like to restrict herself. Instead, she focuses on moderation. “I'm conscious of eating healthily, but I believe that you can have everything in moderation. I don’t like diets that don’t allow you to have carbs or gluten for example.”

5. She Drinks A Lot Of Water

Lawler tells LifestyleLink that she makes sure to stay hydrated. She says that she only drinks water now. “I’ve learnt that drinking at least two litres of water a day will make your skin clearer and also keep hunger at bay. A lot of people think they’re hungry, yet they’re just dehydrated. I’ve never drunk fizzy drinks -only water. All-day, every day.”

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is "More Motivated Than Ever"

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas
