Winnick spends a lot of time outside. She does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing Winnick likes to do is ride horses. She Skis

Winnick doesn't just go outside when it's warm out. She also spends time in the snow. Winnick specifically likes to ski to stay in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself on the slopes. Winnick captioned the post, "Bring it on!" The University of New Hampshire states, "Skiing is a proprioceptive activity. Proprioception is an aspect of fitness that is defined as one's ability to feel the position of different body parts and the effort that goes into moving them. This is almost defines skiing because skiing involves quite a bit of balance and coordination. There are so many slight movements and positions of your body that you must be conscious of to ski well. The more you ski the more you strengthen your ability to be aware of the movement of your body parts."

Winnick isn't afraid of speaking out about things that are important to her. Last year, she spoke out in support of Ukraine, and shared a lot of photos on Instagram doing this.
