1. She Eats Healthy

Kaif broke down some of her fitness and wellness secrest in an interview with GQ. One of the things she revealed was her diet. Kaif says that she does cut some unhealthy ingredients and foods out of her daily diet, saying, "My staple rule, which I follow 95 per cent of the time, is no gluten, no refined sugars, no dairy." Kaif also says that she doesn’t cut out or limit carbs, as she isn’t afraid of them.

2. She Loves Working Out

Kaif tells GQ that she makes sure to work out on a regular basis, even with her busy schedule. She says that one of her secrets is doing exercises that she actually enjoys. “I love training. Without it, I’m not the best that I can be. I try to work out six days a week, for at least 45 minutes. I enjoy taking care of my body.”

3. She Weight Trains

One workout that Kaif loves to do is lifting weights and different strength training workouts. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself at the gym. She is seen doing a deadlift with a large barbell. She captioned the photo, “It's not about right or wrong, it's about doing or not, it's about confidence and fear, and most of all it's about is it quiet or noisy in your head.” "You might consider wearing a weightlifting belt if you're doing powerlifting or dead lifts. A weightlifting belt can be a reminder to keep your spine in the correct position and can help maintain abdominal pressure to stabilize the spine during heavy lifting," says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Mixes It Up

Kaif’s trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala, broke down the actress’ fitness routine in an interview with NDTV Food. She says that Kaif’s workout routine is quite varied. “With Katrina, I plan a different routine every day to make sure she’s constantly challenged. No matter how much you want to be fit, if you do the same thing every day, week after week, month after month, you will eventually feel bored and start losing interest. Make sure you have variations like gym, running, walking, cycling, swimming, hiking, football, yoga or pilates.”

5. She’s Up For Anything

Karachiwala told NDTV Food that Kaif is up to try any type of workout. She says that the actress loves a challenge and is extremely hardworking. “Katrina is a very strong girl and she doesn't shy away from any kind of challenge. I can plan any workout for her and know she'll successfully complete it.” "I recommend regular exercise because it controls weight, improves your heart health, enhances mood, promotes better sleep and boosts energy. You still can gain these benefits with a shorter workout and without the need of heavy-duty machines or complex equipment," says Andrew Jagim, Ph.D. of Sports Medicine, to the Mayo Clinic.
