Kayla Simmons Shares Swimsuit Video Selfie

Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Kayla Simmons is busting out of her bathing suit. In a new social media post the "world's sexiest volleyball player" shows off her famous figure in a black swimsuit that barely fits her. "Delicious," commented one of her followers. "Wow," added another, while many more simply responded with fire emojis. How does the beautiful blonde keep her curves in check? Celebwell rounded up some of her top lifestyle tips.

1

Swim and Snorkel

Kayla spends a lot of time swimming and snorkeling. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits of putting on a mask and fin may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

2

Surf

Kayla is a surfer, a sport that boasts serious cardiovascular benefits from paddling and also helps build shoulder and back strength and leg and core strength. "Once you're standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up," the Australian government's Better Health says.

3

Eat and Drink Healthy

Kayla fills her diet with lots of healthy foods and drinks. She loves Erewhon green smoothies, egg white omelets, fruit and veggies, and metabolism-boosting Celsius energy drinks.

4

Hike

Kayla is an avid hiker. "Hawaii has my heart," she captioned this photo from one of her hikes. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

5

Strength and Weight Train

Kayla pumps iron at the gym. She works out with a trainer, doing a variety of weight and strength training exercises. Here she is doing a squat while holding a heavy weight.
