British TV star and influencer Kaz Kamwi is happiest when she’s in a swimsuit--and she certainly works hard for it. The 27-year-old posted a picture of herself wearing a gorgeous bikini while poolside in Zanzibar, Tanzania. “Little miss life is better in a bikini 👙,” she captioned the Instagram post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 7 ways Kamwi stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Dance

Kamwi is a big fan of dance-based workouts, and loves to post videos of herself making moves. “And that’s our daily workout in 😂,” she captioned an Instagram video. “When you begin moving, you immediately release the brain chemicals dopamine, adrenaline, and endorphins, causing a powerful and lasting effect I call ‘energized optimism,’” says health psychologist Kelly McGonigal, PhD. “The adrenaline makes you feel powerful, the dopamine generates hope, and the endorphins bring you joy. You’ve created this amazing cocktail that boosts your mood and energy, leads you to experience better social interactions, makes you more likely to progress on your goals, and lowers stress. So dancing doesn’t just make you feel great in the moment. It sets you up to be a better version of yourself.”

2. She Has a Healthy Body Image

Kamwi used to cover her stretch marks in foundation, something she no longer does. “From the age of 15 I had stretch marks on my thighs. I was so embarrassed by them that when I had PE lessons at school, I’d cover them with foundation,” Kamwi says. “It wasn’t until the summer before I went to study Sociology at Birmingham City University, aged 18, that I thought: ‘I’m about to go to Freshers’ Week and it’s time to confront the things I’m not confident about.’ So, in the weeks before I went off to uni, I started wearing shorts to see if anyone looked at me weirdly or said anything – and nobody did!” “If we never got outside our comfort zone, we would still be crawling around, eating baby food; we wouldn’t have the technology that we have,” says Sydney-based clinical psychologist Dr Heidi Heron. “Nobody that I know of that’s highly successful has ever stayed in their comfort zone. Even though it might be uncomfortable for a while, being outside of our comfort zone is how we create a new level of comfort.”

3. She Protects Her Mental Health

Revolution x Kaz Kamwi Edit In LondonDave Benett/Getty Images

Kamwi understands insecurity, but knows comparing herself to others is unhealthy. “Naturally, you can have moments where you question whether you’re good enough – everybody has them,” Kamwi says. “But comparison is the thief of joy, and if you compare yourself to other people you lose sense of who you are. You get yourself into a hole you don’t want to go into.” “If you commit yourself to being deeply grateful for what’s good in your life, and remind yourself of it daily, you’ll be far less vulnerable to comparison and envy,” says Susan Biali Haas, MD. “If someone or something triggers that ugly feeling of negative comparison, stop and remind yourself of what’s good in your life, right now. There is so much.”

4. She Works on Self-Confidence

“As humans, we appreciate being appreciated, but it’s dangerous if you solely rely on others to build up your confidence,” Kamwi says. “I think if you build yourself up and people are adding to it, though, that’s fine.” “Authentic self-esteem is not dependent upon others or things external to us. Such self-esteem is a manifestation of our relationship with ourselves. The essence of self-esteem is that it flows from within,” says Mel Schwartz, LCSW.

5. She Blocks Out Negativity

Kamwi is aware that being in the public eye means facing lots of unfair criticism—so she’s learned to block it for her mental health. “You know the everyday stuff, you don't really register like winds, crowds, traffic, office noise—we all know it happens, but we don't sit there and say, oh my gosh, this is so annoying,” Kamwi tells Grazia. “Let it's really, really loud. And I equate that to the same negative advice or opinions people might give. If I can ignore the traffic, I'm pretty sure I can use the exact same energy to ignore and drown out people's opinions. And obviously sometimes it naturally gets really overwhelming and it becomes noticeable the same as like really loud traffic, really loud office noises. And that can distract you. But for the most part, I just tend to kind of drown it out.”

Vicky Pattison, star of Geordie Shore, Ex on the Beach and Judge Geordie, has never not been outspoken. Sharing pictures of her weight loss today, she doesn’t disappoint, using them as chance to stick up for women everywhere, and show the reality of what losing pounds looks like. How does she stay so fit and so strong, and what was her message? Read on to see 5 ways Vicky Pattison stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. This is How She Lost the Weight

“So I've recently lost abit of weight- it's not quite the overnight miracle everyone on social media seems to think it is- it's been happening gradually over the last year through an amalgamation of things & much to everyone's disappointment I'm sure- there's no great big secret to how I did it. I got my contraceptive out my arm after 15years which had a huge impact on my body & also I got the worlds most energetic Pup- who we love DEARLY but needs to be walked between 2-3 hours daily 😂 So there you have it, I'm sorry I can't flog you a transformative pill or workout but you're all lush as you are anyway so please stop being so hard on yourselves ♥️,” she captioned the photos.

2. She is an Advocate for Women

ITV Palooza 2019 - Red Carpet ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

“Although most people have been really kind about my new bod- there have been quite a lot of nasty comments with people even going as far to say they only liked me before when I was, in their words, an advocate for curvy women,” she wrote. “Listen, I am an advocate for WOMEN full stop. Whatever your shape, whatever your size- & the only reason I started doing my 'Instas versus reality' in the 1st place was to show everyone that we are all capable of taking a good picture for the gram- & we shouldn't be comparing our beautiful bodies to anyone else's- especially not someone else's carefully curated Social media ones.”

3. She Says There’s a Difference Between Posed vs. More Relaxed

National Television Awards 2020 - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/Getty Images

“If I want to stretch up, put my hands behind my head & suck my tummy in- The end result is going to be this first pic. However if I relax, allow gravity to do its thing & stop trying so hard.. my body moves (Spoiler alert, all bodies move & I quite like my squishy tummy- it's where my pizza lives 😂) the end result is more like this second one,” she explained of the photos. “These posts were only ever meant to encourage all of us to stop beating ourselves up or comparing our bodies to the super posed & unrealistic ones on social. It's ok to want posed pics or more relaxed ones- to let it all hang out or want to go balls to the wall.”

4. She Says It’s Not OK to Tear Women Down

Sex & the City Apartment Pop-Up LaunchMike Marsland/Getty Images

“The only thing that isn't ok is telling another woman how YOU think she should look. Instead of tearing other women down, we should be building each other up... We're all beautiful in our own unique way & trust me, we're all capable of getting a sick pic for Insta 😂” she concluded.

5. She Sets Goals, and You Can, Too

Vicky Pattison attends the launch of Puttshack, Bank inPhil Lewis/Getty Images

“I write out my goals for the week as well as how I plan to achieve them,” Pattison has said. “Eating healthier sounds like a good idea. But what does it really mean? Aim for specific goals instead, such as eliminating soda, eating five servings of vegetables a day or limiting your daily sugar intake to 30 grams of added sugar,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Losing 10 pounds a week sounds great. But it's an impossible goal that likely will leave you discouraged — and more likely to give up on your efforts. Choosing realistic goals that you can meet will reinforce your efforts and keep you moving forward. Losing one pound per week is a realistic and sustainable goal.”

1. She’s Embracing Herself

Profile,Of,A,Girl,In,A,Pine,Forest,With,NakedShytterstock

Kasaei talked about the journey to creating her company to Heatworld. She says that she was inspired to launch this brand to help people embrace their natural hair. Kasaei says that she used to not like herself, and that she has started to change her approach. "One of the main reasons I ended up doing this was because of the damage I caused to my own hair. It's so unfortunate because I spent all these years trying to fix something that wasn't broken. I was trying to change my hair all the time, and trying to go with certain fashions and styles when really, I should have just embraced what I had.”

2. She’s All About Self-Care

SHEIN Christmas Pop-UpDave Benett/Getty Images

Kasaei tells Heatworld that she always makes time for herself. "I love a self-care day, I could do them every day. My main things would be starting the day with a dog walk and then put something in the slow cooker... I'm so old! You need homely, good food on a self-care day, I've literally just put some mince and dumplings in mine. Oh and you've got to get the heating on.”

3. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Karaoke Box Smithfield Launches New VR TechnologyDave Benett/Getty Images

Kasaei revealed some of her favorite skin products to Heatworld. "I'm also all about skincare, skincare is massive now,” she says. “Back in the day, it was all about sunbeds and damaging your skin, we just didn't care. We didn't care about late nights or drinking water but now everyone is obsessed with health. Everyone is going more natural now, so I think good skin care is absolutely key. I'm loving ZO Skin at the moment, I love a face mask as well, I love Clinique or The Body Shop Tea Tree Anti-Imperfection Night Mask (£12).”

4. She Eats Healthy

Kasaei makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed her favorite meals to Closer Online. “Breakfast is two chicken sausages with scrambled or poached eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and a slice of gluten-free bread. I’m a sucker for a Starbucks sugar-free caramel latte with coconut milk. For lunch, I’ll always have some sort of seafood – maybe prawns. If I’m out, I’ll get a protein box of chicken, broccoli and eggs, or a soup. I’ll usually end up eating dinner late, around 9pm, which isn’t great as it’ll just sit on my stomach. I’ll have fish, roast vegetables and microwaveable rice.”

5. She Swims

One thing Kasaei likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shares a lot of photos on her Instagram of herself spending time by the water. Kasaei shared this photo of herself going for a late-night dip in the pool. She captioned it, “Ur modern geordie Aphrodite.”

1. She Gets Meditative

“I like to write down affirmations and manifestations and usually before bed, I turn on meditative music. It puts me in a lost mind state to be free of stress and thought,” Camille told Us. Before bed, “Wake up about the same time every day. Go to bed only when you're sleepy. Establish relaxing pre-sleep rituals, such as a warm bath, light bedtime snack or 10 minutes of reading,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Don't drink alcohol, especially if you're sleepy. Even a small dose of alcohol can have a potent effect when combined with tiredness.”

2. She Hopes You Love Yourself

“You don’t have to love everything that you are doing but love who you are inside and grow together and literally talk to yourself,” she told Sports Illustrated. “Have that inner dialogue, look at yourself in the mirror, write it down, go through all of these things that you are processing in your mind all the time.”

3. Here’s How to Keep a Level Head

“My greatest advice is to not compare yourself to other people,” she told SI. “It’s a whole other life that you live every day when you wake up when you accept where you are in your life.” She added: “Even if that means that you are unhappy with the weight that you’re at; if you’re unhappy with the career that you’re in; if you’re unhappy, that’s O.K.”

4. Here’s Her Meal Advice

"I get asked A LOT about my diet, what I eat in a day, what my restrictions are etc.," Camille wrote, according to Fox News. "Here is the MAIN takeaway from these questions. I have been living this way for years: I don’t count calories, I count chemicals." She added: "It’s always been my goal to eat as clean as possible as much as possible…Making meals/snacks/drinks with ingredients I know and understand. When I’m out to eat this is much harder/or on the road at airports/on sets etc and I allow myself to eat unhealthy when I’m in a mood to and ENJOY IT."

5. She Hits the Spa

“Rob and I are always on the go in our careers, so having a day in the week dedicated to a date at the spa is one of the best ways for us to relax together. It’s a nice space to clear our bodies and minds from all of the people and places we encounter day in and day out,” she told Us.

Indian actress Kate Sharma is enjoying a magical trip to the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Sharma shared a reel of herself swimming in a beautiful pool, wearing a bright pink swimsuit and sarong, with palms and blue skies in the background. “Poolside paradise 😍,” she captioned the post. 1. Fresh Lime Soda

Sharma’s go-to drink is fresh lime soda. “Limes are packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients," says Carly Sedlacek RDN, LD. “Limes are low in calories, high in micronutrients and punch above their weight with regard to both water and fiber content. They’re really good for us, but most of us aren’t going to make a snack of them. The juice — without added sugar — is the best we can do.”

2. Running Outside

Sharma loves running outside, especially at the beach. “There’s good evidence that spending time outside can reduce stress, depression levels, and anxiety,” says Josh Lawler, a UW environmental & forest sciences professor. “We suspect that one of the routes for the physical benefits is through [the] decreased stress and anxiety.”

3. She Chooses Happiness

Sharma says she chooses happiness in her personal life. “I don't date much but I have had rough patches in relationships. Ups and down are part of life and moving on is an art of life,” she says. “Break ups were there but that all made me so strong and I am a girl who looks at the broader aspect in life. So pain was there but feeling the pain and being sad is a choice.

So I chose happiness. It took time to heal but today I learned happiness is the most important thing in this world.”

4. Bathing Beauty

Sharma loves to take baths. “Taking a bath has great physical and mental health benefits,” says family medicine provider Amy Zack, MD. “Soaking in a tub is something many people have access to but don’t take advantage of enough. But it can be beneficial for a lot of people.”

5. She Is an Artist

When it comes to her career, Sharma loves the benefits creativity brings to her life. “Artist is an artist, no matter where he/she performs," she says. "It’s always a pack of feelings and entertainment which we have to give to the audience. Films and music videos both tell a story. The only difference is that films are on a larger scale in every form, while music videos take less time but require the same level of consistency and hard work as an artist."

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts.
