As a Victoria’s Secret model, Kelly Gale is no stranger to exotic, far-flung locations--but she hasn’t become blasé about these stunning places. The 27-year-old posted photos of herself wearing a white bathing suit as she enjoyed the beautiful scenery. “Not many things I enjoy more than a beautiful sunrise in tropical paradise✨🌅,” she captioned one of the posts. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gale stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Yogurt and Muesli For Breakfast

Gale enjoys a healthy breakfast of plain yogurt, pistachio butter, and grain-free muesli. “Greek yogurt labeled as containing live cultures provides beneficial bacteria known as probiotics, which when eaten regularly may support gut health,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Regular inclusion of fermented foods, such as yogurt, appears to increase the bacterial diversity in the gut. However, be sure to select unsweetened yogurt because sugar may have a detrimental effect on gut diversity.”

2. Avocado and Walnuts For Lunch

Avocado, goat cheese, figs, and walnuts are one of Gales’ go-to lunches. “Previous studies have found that people with higher nut consumption have improved cardiovascular risk factors and lower rates of cardiovascular disease,” says Robert H. Shmerling, MD. “For example, several trials have linked nut consumption with lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. And nuts are an important part of the Mediterranean diet, which has been found to be heart-healthy as well.”

3. Scrambled Eggs and Truffles

Overhead,Of,A,Bowl,Of,Scrambled,Eggs,With,Grated,BlackShutterstock

Gale loves prepping food at home, and one of her favorite meals is simple scrambled eggs—with shaved truffles. “With 6 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, and only about 80 calories, an egg is incredibly nutrient-dense,” says Dr. Will Cole. “One egg also contains about 100 milligrams of choline, which is an incredibly important nutrient that works to support the membranes of cells. Talk about a bite-sized blast of nutrients!”

4. Green Juice

Gale likes to start the day with her “morning tonic”: “Cold water mixed with 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, juice of 1 lemon, cayenne and cinnamon. Then I’ll go for my workout,” she says. “After that I’ll have my daily green juice as well with some fresh berries for breakfast,” adding that she goes on a “25 km power walk followed by lunch.”

5. Delicious Dinner

Gale is a fantastic cook, and loves to make delicious meals for her friends. “Before dinner, I actually had some time to spare, so I went for a 35-minute, 8-kilometer run,” she says. “Afterwards, I cooked the final meal of the day for myself and a friend before we went out to a fashion week event. I made chicken breast served with asparagus, spinach, and mushrooms, which I topped with shavings of parmesan cheese and a little bit of aged balsamic vinegar.”

1. She Focuses On Her Goals

Gale revealed some of her wellness secrets to Pop-Up Workouts. One thing she revealed was her motivations for staying in shape. “Focusing on having my goals in my mind all the time, knowing why I'm here, why I'm doing it,” Gale said. “And just that makes me push harder. It keeps you in great shape.” Certified professional trainer Alena Beskur “says beginners most often give up on their exercise-related goals because they grow frustrated when they don’t see results quickly. Or they try to do too much too fast and burn out,” according to the Cleveland Clinic. “Exercise is not magic — it’s hard work that takes effort and time,” she says. So it’s important to approach your fitness goals with a sense of patience and persistence.

2. She Walks

Gale makes sure to get her steps in. She tells Pop-Up Workouts that she likes to walk a lot. “Wherever I'm going, I make sure I walk,” she says. “That kind of makes me refreshed.” “Walking wards off heart disease, brings up the heart rate, lowers blood pressure and strengthens the heart. Post-menopausal women who walk just one to two miles a day can lower their blood pressure by nearly 11 points in 24 weeks. Women who walk 30 minutes a day can reduce their risk of stroke by 20%, and by 40% when they stepped up the pace, according to researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston,” sats the Arthritis Foundation.

3. She Eats Healthy Snacks

A comprehensive review published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that golf's health benefits are extensive, including mind, body, and even lifespan. Benefits include improved longevity, decreased risk of developing heart disease or suffering a stroke, good mental health, and improved strength and balance.

2. She Wake Surfs

Katie recently started wake surfing, also called wake boarding. She captioned this post: “teach me how to wake surf.” According to the Australian government’s Better Health, surfing, which is similar to wake boarding minus the paddling, provides many health benefits including cardiovascular fitness, and leg and core strength. “Once you’re standing up on the board, strong legs and a strong core will keep you up,” they say.

3. She Jet Skis

Katie also enjoys jet skiing. “Be my travel buddy,” she captioned a photo of herself out in the water. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

4. She Soaks in the Hot Tub

Katie loves soaking in hot water. “You’ll find me here,” she captioned a post. How can soaking in the hot tub, similar to baths do your body and mind good? It has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that it may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Snow Boards

Katie also enjoys snow boarding. “Learned my lesson from last year,” she joked in this photo, wearing a swimsuit while on the slopes. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. “Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles,” they say. “Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer.”

6. She Works Out

Katie also relies on good old-fashioned exercise to keep her in shape. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”
