1. She Prefers Eating Healthy

Gale talked about her diet and wellness routine in an interview with Vogue. She says that eating healthy is easy for her, since she prefers doing so. “I was never introduced to bad, unhealthy foods so for me it’s just natural to eat very healthy. I eat lots of fish, all vegetables except potatoes, I love slow release carbs like oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt, and lots of berries and fruits. I snack on nuts and raw vegan chocolate sweetened with coconut sugar.”
2. She Takes Ashwagandha

Gale tells Vogue that she likes to take ashwagandha, as it helps with her stress and mental health. “I take ashwagandha to help with stress,” she says. “Stress has an impact on your beauty from the inside out. I'd say ashwagandha is helpful in keeping my skin clear.”
3. She Cooks Her Own Meals

Gale tells Vogue that she likes to cook her own meals. She says that this helps her eat healthy on a consistent basis. “Cooking healthy, nutritious and delicious meals is one of my biggest passions so eating ‘healthy’ for me isn’t 'eating healthy', it's just eating.”
4. She Cuts Out Food Before A Show

When Gale has a big job coming up, she makes sure to cut out ingredients. “Four weeks before the show I like to kick it in high gear,” she says to Vogue. “Which for me means cutting out sodium. I try to stay away from all kinds of sugars except for the sugars I get from the berries in my breakfast and coconut sugar from the occasional raw vegan chocolate bar that I eat.”
5. She Eats Veggies and Proteins Twice A Day

Gale broke down some of her favorite meals to Vogue. She says that she incorporates a lot of veggies and proteins into her diet. “My lunch and dinner meals before the show include lots of vegetables and lean protein such as shrimps, scallops, egg whites, turkey breast and white fish.”
