In an interview with Vogue, Gale revealed her tips for staying well in the winter. She says that she likes to do a specific type of exercise when it gets cold out. “I absolutely love going to hot yoga in the winter. It feels amazing when you walk there in the cold, and then get into this peaceful, heated room to meditate and stretch.”
2. She Boosts Her Immune System

Gale tells Vogue that she likes to make a certain drink to boost her immune system. “My go-to drink in the winter to fight colds and flus is about 3.4 ounces of water mixed with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, lots of cayenne pepper and cinnamon, one lemon, and 1 teaspoon of raw honey. I make it the night before, and drink it first thing every morning on an empty stomach. On top of strengthening your immune system, this concoction also wakes you up, giving you lots of energy, and boosts your metabolism. It’s my power drink!”
3. She Keeps Her Skin Moisturized
Gale has amazing skin. She tells Vogue that one of her secrets is keeping it moisturized. “My skin gets really dry in the cold, so to keep it soft and hydrated, I spread avocado oil all over my body every day after I shower. I find it works even better than coconut oil! For my lips, which also get very dry, I use Elizabeth Arden’s Eight Hour cream.”
4. She Works Out Her Core
Gale likes to share her favorite workouts on her YouTube channel. In this video, she revealed her secrets for burning belly fat and working her core. “To burn belly fat, you’re gonna have to do some cardio,” Gale explains.
