1. She Eats Healthy Fast Food

Kelly tries to maintain a healthy routine when she’s on the road. “I try to workout every day on the road even if it’s for 20 minutes,” she tells Perez Hilton. “As long as you’re getting a little cardio in, it still makes you feel good. When we get out of our live event shows around 11 p.m., a lot of restaurants are closed, so we usually have to eat fast food. I will get either a salad or grilled chicken sandwich without the bun. I feel those are the healthiest choices at your typical McDonald’s, etc.”

2. She Hides Junk Food

Kelly recommends keeping junk food well-hidden behind healthier options, to keep it “out of sight, out of mind.” "Most of us have too much chaos going on in our lives to consciously focus on every bite we eat," says psychologist and mindful-eating expert Brian Wansink. "The secret is to change your environment so it works for you rather than against you."

3. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

“I do 60 minutes of cardio and 15-minute abdominal workouts,” Kelly says. “I also love doing hour-long aerobics classes at my local gym, like body-pump, Pilates, yoga or Zumba, so I’m not stuck doing the same workouts every day. I don’t do much weight lifting just because I feel I gain muscle mass very easily, so I switch up cardio machines every day and do light weights probably once a week. For my abs, I do push-ups, sit-ups and abdominal machines. I keep it very simple.”

4. She Keeps a Food Journal

Overhead,Shot,Of,A,Food,Journal,Over,Empty,Plates,WithShutterstock

Kelly recommends keeping a food journal for anyone trying to lose weight. “[A food diary] can help you understand your eating habits and patterns, and help you identify the foods — good and not-so-good — you eat on a regular basis,” says Katherine D. McManus, MS, RD, LDN. “Research shows that for people interested in losing weight, keeping a journal can be a very effective tool to help change behavior. In one weight loss study of nearly 1,700 participants, those who kept daily food records lost twice as much weight as those who kept no records.”

5. She Loves To Hula Hoop

Kelly likes incorporating hula-hooping into her exercise regimen. “It’s fun. And as much as we may try to tell ourselves otherwise, not all exercising is fun. Also, this is a workout that is inexpensive and can be done from the comfort of home, where you can provide your own soundtrack to your workout,” says certified fitness trainer Kristin Weitzel.

1. She Dances

Los Angeles Fashion Week Powered by Art Hearts Fashion 2022 - MISTER TRIPLE X + DR.MARTENSArun Nevader/Getty Images

Gould is an avid dancer. She even likes to take classes. Gould posted this video of herself doing a combination from a class on Instagram. She captioned it, “DANCE! FIRE & DESIRE! Thank you @therealtank for coming and watching class!” "Scientists gave little thought to the neurological effects of dance until relatively recently, when researchers began to investigate the complex mental coordination that dance requires. In a 2008 article in Scientific American magazine, a Columbia University neuroscientist posited that synchronizing music and movement—dance, essentially—constitutes a 'pleasure double play.' Music stimulates the brain’s reward centers, while dance activates its sensory and motor circuits," says Harvard Health.

2. She Goes Outside

Gould spends a lot of time outside. She posts a lot of photos of herself enjoying the great outdoors on Instagram. She shared this photo of herself running on the beach in Malibu. She captioned it, “Footprints in the sand.” Gould also posted this beach photo, captioning it, “Whatever is good for the soul, do that.”

3. She Swims

One outdoor activity Gould likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shares a lot of videos and photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Gould posted these photos of herself in an infinity pool. She captioned it, “This planet is so beautiful.” Gould also posted this video of herself in the ocean. She captioned it, “Summer vibe always.”

4. She Gets Her Vitamin D

A little bit os sun each day is essential to get your vitamin D. “Vitamin D is one of the 13 vitamins discovered in the early 20th century by doctors studying nutritional deficiency diseases. Ever since, scientists have defined vitamins as organic (carbon-containing) chemicals that must be obtained from dietary sources because they are not produced by the body's tissues. Vitamins play a crucial role in our body's metabolism, but only tiny amounts are needed to fill that role,” says Harvard Health.

5. She Has Body Confidence

MollieGould.1Mollie Gould/Instagram

Gould frequently poses online in swimsuit photos, appearing body-confident. “Avoid 'should' and 'must' statements. If you find that your thoughts are full of these words, you might be putting too many demands on yourself. Try to remove these words from your thoughts. It may lead to a healthier view of what to expect from yourself,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Focus on the positive. Think about the parts of your life that work well. Remember the skills you've used to cope with challenges.”

1. She Finds Her Balance

In a video she made with her daughter Teddy, in which they discussed workouts, Kelly said: “I've been studying, practicing yoga for a long, long time. And the great thing about yoga, even just the little moves that I incorporate in my workout every day, they really help with balance. And we're always talking about balance in our life and that's really what wellness is all about, is that creating that balance, not just with food, not just the emotional balance, but your physical balance. Like if you feel good and you're treating your body well, then you will have this balance that we're talking about.”

2. She Walks

Celebrity Sightings In Miami - June 5 2022MEGA/GC Images via Getty Images

“So I've been doing a lot of walking,” Kelly said. “My oldest daughter and I have been walking all over Palm Beach and,” as a realtor, “I've been seeing the most beautiful houses. And it's been really interesting too, when you're walking, you're really in the trenches and it's incredible how each different community has such a different landscape. So it's been fascinating to see the West Palm Beach area by foot. That's been really, really great.”

3. She Jogs

Celebrity Sightings In Miami - June 5 2022MEGA/GC Images via Getty Images

“I jog like 25, 30 minutes a day. And the reason I started doing that was when I was a kid, when I was a swimmer, I needed to balance off my swimming.” How does that balancing work? “Because your body's using different muscles. And so when I would get into the water, I was faster and yeah, I used to mow the lawn before, like if I had a big meet, I would go for a run, I'd mow the lawn….Great core workout.” She adds: “What's great is that I really started running more when I was a model living in all these different countries all over the world. And it was just a really easy way for me to understand where I was, where I was going during the day. And just to get, again, like a different view of each city's landscape. And so I learned so much about all these cities and I was never intimidated by them because I would run them in the morning… I always say, you know, just put your sneakers on it. Doesn't cost a thing and you know what you get out of it.”

4. She is Thankful

Celebrity Sightings In Miami - June 5 2022MEGA/GC Images via Images

“It's good to wake up that way in the morning if you stretch. That's one reason why I like to exercise in the morning. So I just get that. I mean, it makes me feel really, really good. St the end of my workout, I always do a headstand. And I used to do, when I was doing my headstand, I used to say what I was thankful for and what I was, and then I, and then I switched and then I was like, what I'm grateful for? And then I realized, I'm so incredibly lucky. I have most beautiful family. We're healthy. We’re well. I am so fortunate to be able to raise them on my own. And so now I just say like, who I'm thankful for. So the people in my life, when I pick three people a day.”

5. Good Begets Good, She Says

Celebrity Sightings In Miami - June 5 2022MEGA/GC Images via Images

Who is she thankful for? It “depends on what person taught me a lesson or brought something new into my life or whatever it is. It's just like, I think it's just a nice gesture to put that out there. That I am thankful for the different people in my life. And I have a lot of people in my life that I'm so thankful for. So that's just kind of what I do. And so that's why you guys were like, oh my God, Kelly's always in such a good mood. I'm in a good mood because good gets good. I mean, I'm trying to be the best person I am. And I'm trying to work out as much as I can.”

Millie Court is getting some sun! The Love Island star shows off her sensational figure in her latest Instagram post, wearing a yellow and orange swimsuit. “Vitamin sea,” she captioned the series of social media snaps. How does the reality star maintain her fabulous physique? Read on to see 6 ways Millie Court stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Was “Unhealthily Skinny” On Love Island

Following her debut on Love Island, Millie ended up gaining weight. Her followers accused her of being pregnant, and she responded by revealing that she was actually healthy. "[In] the weeks leading up to Love Island, I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful, slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable while doing it,” she said in a post. "I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my ... curves I once had and I missed them."

2. She Embraces Her Body

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsJeff Spicer/Getty Images

In the same post, Millie encouraged her millions of followers to love themselves. "We're all different shapes and sizes, each size perfect in our own way. But please don't get stuck to the beauty standard of 'perfection'," she said. "Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything that creates you as a person."

3. She Battled Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsGareth Cattermole/Getty Images

Millie has also been open about her skin struggles. "I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible,” she told Hello. “I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow."

4. She Takes Baths

One way Millie prioritizes self-care? She takes baths. "Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…," she captioned this Instagram snap. Not only have hot baths been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression, but one recent study found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Cheats

Millie might eat healthy most of the time, but she is always down for the occasional cheat meal. “Last stop in LA,” she captioned this photo of herself standing outside of SoCal’s famous In-N-Out Burger.

6. She Hikes

Want to get into shape like Millie? Take a hike! “Obligatory Hollywood sign pic wearing all @puma,” she captioned this snap from one of her excursions.

1. She Works Out

Billi-Mucklow-1Billi Mucklow/Instagram

“Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none at all. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key.”

2. Her Partner is Supportive

Billi-Mucklow-2Billi Mucklow/Instagram

Back when she was unhappy about her pregnancy weight, she said: “[Andy] doesn't take much notice, he just says to me when I moan: 'Ah, am I fat?' He's like: 'If you don't like something, do something about it.’ He's good in that way because obviously he trains every day of his life, his body's amazing. So if I moan and complain he's just like: 'Get up the gym, do yoga, do something about it'. So he won't suffer moaning. He does all that making me [feel] nice but.. When you don't look nice but he says you do; [Then] I say: 'No but tell me the truth' and he says: 'Yeah but if I tell you the truth you have a go at me!'” she told the Daily Mail.

3. This is How She Lost Her Baby Weight a While Back

Billi wanted to go back to heri pre-pregnancy weight. “I’ve been doing it through a combination of eating healthily and exercising. I had to have a cesarean, so wasn’t able to do anything for six weeks after giving birth while I healed. Once I was given the all clear, I started working with a personal trainer who specialises in post-partum training – I work out with her two to three times a week,” she told the Daily Star. “I’ve always been a really fit and active person so I found it really frustrating going back to the gym and realising that I couldn’t even do one sit up! My trainer explained that it would take time to get my muscles back and gradually over time I’ve been able to regain my fitness.”

4. She Had a Cancer Scare

She once wrote: "I have had some major surgery removing a Tumour in my neck that I found some weeks ago due to a visible lump, constantly loosing my voice and breathing restrictions. After many tests and biopsy only option was to have the lump removed along with my Thyroid… I’ve been waiting two weeks to get the results hoping it's wasn’t the 'C' word and today I got them results and got the all clear.”

5. She Loves to Play With Her Kids

“With summer in full swing and seemingly unlimited opportunities for kids to play, it’s a good time to remember that play isn’t just fun — it’s the foundation for healthy growth. Play strengthens bones, muscles, lungs and the heart, and can help reduce obesity, diabetes and high cholesterol,” says the Mayo Clinic. “In addition to the positive physical benefits of play, play also is important for emotional and mental development. Play helps build confidence — think of the boost kids get when they go down the big slide or learn to pump on a swing — and can teach them how to problem solve.”

Chanel Coco Brown isn’t just sharing workout tips—she’s living them. The professional influencer, known for her vibrant wellness content on Instagram, recently posted an inspiring message to her followers as the year wrapped up. Dressed in sleek two-piece workout gear, Brown encouraged everyone to keep pushing their fitness goals, reminding us, “The year isn’t over yet, making each day count 🔒.” With a mix of motivational wisdom and seriously strong routines, Brown shows how discipline and dedication fuel her fitness journey. From Pilates to pulldowns, here’s how she stays in peak shape.

She Disciplined

When it comes to fitness, Brown is disciplined. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. “I’M TALKING TO YOU 🗣️ it’s Monday, let’s go! This is what I do when I don’t want to go to the gym 👉🏽 I put my shoes on, get in the car, turn up to the gym, still I don’t want to workout and that’s okay, it’s okay to not want to do something but what we’re still going to do is show up. We’re going to show up because that is how we’re going to build self-discipline, that is how we’re going to build a habit, a habit that will take you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s okay to not want to do something, you can crawl back to your home comforts, but nothing grows from comfort zones and we can’t always let our thoughts or mood dictate our actions. Get uncomfortable, learn to be okay with uncomfortable. Complain throughout the whole workout if you want to, take it slower, have a mediocre session if that suits you, because it’s not about this single session it’s about the bigger picture - you showed up, even when you could have made 100 excuses, you showed up because you’re levelling up. Self-discipline baby.”

She Does Pilates

Brown likes to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself at a class. The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates isn’t going to bulk you up — if anything, it’s designed to cultivate a longer, leaner look. Still, it can lay a strong physical foundation for muscle-building activities — and may even reduce your likelihood of injury.”

She Does Treadmill Exercises

Brown shared some of her favorite exercises in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing in it is walking on a treadmill. Healthy Talbot states that these exercises have a lot of benefits. “Treadmill working is an aerobic/ cardio exercise. Studies demonstrate that aerobic exercise can minimize the risk of heart diseases. Moreover, they can strengthen your heart muscles. This helps to lower blood pressure and allows the heart to pump blood more efficiently. Most doctors recommend aerobic exercise to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.

Cardiovascular exercises control cholesterol levels in the blood, preventing artery blockage. They increase high-density lipoprotein and reduce low-density lipoprotein in the blood.”

She Does Squats

Chanel Coco Brown

Brown is also seen doing squats in the previous Instagram video. Allina Health reports that they have a lot of health benefits. “The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong.”

She Does Pulls-Downs

Brown shared this video on Instagram of herself doing back exercises, including pulldowns. This exercise is very beneficial. Piedmont states, “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability.”

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
