Country singer Kelsea Ballerini had a great Memorial Day Weekend. And she's got the Instagram photos to prove it. Ballerini decided to spend the day at the lake for the occasion. In her most recent post, she shared a series of photos and one video of herself paddleboarding. Ballerini wore a light pink tropical bathing suit, showing off her body. She Eats Healthy On The Road

Ballerini has to do a lot of touring, which can make it difficult to stay healthy. However, she revealed her secrets to SELF. Ballerini says that she makes healthy meals on tour. "It took a while to learn to eat healthy on the road. It's really hard. Really, really hard. But on the bus, I can use the stovetop in the morning to make a veggie scramble. And have lots and lots and lots of coffee. I try to have protein for dinner so I have energy for the show."

She Loves Hummus

Being a singer, Ballerini gets to request things in her dressing room and tour bus. And her requests are not only simple, but healthy. "All I want is hummus for some reason," she told SELF. "It's a comfort thing. I have to have it. There's always like seven containers in my fridge. I eat it all the time with veggies or pita chips."

She Uses Vibe Chefs

Ballerini tells SELF that she uses Vibe Chefs, a food service that specializes in making healthy meals for singers. "They make me gluten-free protein bars, a couple kale salads, and a few healthy pastas so I can get my carbs after a show instead of having a burger."

She Gets Enough Sleep

Ballerini tells SELF that she always makes sure to get enough rest. "I am really aware of my sleep, because if I don't get enough, I'm not at my best. So I'm not scared of a good nap now and then. If I have a two-hour chunk of downtime during the day, you better believe I'm napping."

She Boxes

Ballerini revealed some of her favorite workouts to Furthermore. She says that she likes to do high intensity workouts, and names one in particular. "Kickboxing is fun," she says. "I highly recommend it if you enjoy high-intensity workouts."
