Kelsey Heather is feeling like trading her feet for fins…in her swimsuit! The new WWE wrestler shows off her incredibly fit figure in a bathing suit while posing for photos in one of her latest social media posts. “BRB quitting everything to be a mermaid,” she captioned the Instagram snap. "A golden mermaid," commented one of her followers. "Yowza,” added another. How does the former gymnast and cheerleader stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kelsey Heather stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Dances

One way that Kelsey has always stayed in shape is by dancing. “Get comfortable, being uncomfortable!” she captioned a post, motivating her followers to step outside their comfort zone. “I can remember my very first dance audition for Busch Gardens. I had NO idea what I was doing. They called moves I’ve never heard of before and I was SO uncomfortable. My number was called to perform the audition routine and I put the biggest smile on my face and repeated to myself ‘fake it ‘till you make it!’ A few weeks later I was cast in my first professional performance role as a freestyle dancer... BUT WAIT, I hate freestyle. I don’t even dance at parties - I get shy and uncomfortable. And so I had to push myself WAYYY outside my comfort zone and repeat to myself ‘fake it ‘till you make it!’ I learned so much from that experience and grew to find this strange adrenaline rush in being uncomfortable. Since then I’ve continued challenging this “uncomfortable feeling” seeing how far it could take me, when I stumbled upon something else - CONFIDENCE! Don’t be scared of being uncomfortable, embrace it! You are capable of so much! Believe in YOU!”

2. She Prioritizes Hydration

As an athlete, Kelsey understands the importation of drinking enough water. “@simonewilliams.xo trying her best to keep me hydrated on show days,” she captioned an adorable Instagram video promoting hydration. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

3. She Hikes

Kelsey also enjoys hiking. “Convinced @rhornack to be a little devilish with me,” she captioned a post from one of her hikes at Devils Bridge Trail in Sedona, Arizona. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service.

4. She Does Standup Paddle Boarding

Kelsey also enjoys standup paddle boarding. She recently visited Lake Powell in Arizona, getting some exercise while out in nature by doing a headstand on her board. “SUP?! (get it?!) “ she captioned the impressive post. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) explains that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

5. She Takes Time for Self-Care

Kelsey is all about taking much needed breaks and indulging in self-care. “Lately I have been so stressed out and for no real reason. Nothing in my lifestyle or schedule dramatically changed, but I felt drained and overwhelmed constantly. This week I decided it was time to focus on ME and reset,” she captioned a post, revealing that she allowed herself to be treated to a massage, facial, and pedicure. “We hear all about exercising our bodies so much, but don’t forget about the importance of exercising your mind and soul. It’s okay to take time for YOU. This week I reminded myself of that.”

In 2019, Foley got a concussion. She opened up about her recovery on the Concussion Foundation website. “The back of my head is still extremely sensitive to touch. Even when I'm trying to go to sleep, it hurts to put my head on the pillow, so I have to readjust a lot to find a way for my head to be comfortable. Also, every time I've been in the car, I have not let my head even touch the headrest, just in case we hit a bump or hit the brakes a little too hard. I just cannot risk my head even being slightly hit. I'm scarred from headrests, literally.”

2. She Pushed Herself

Foley is pushing herself out of her comfort zone. She talked about this in this 2022 wrapped post on her Instagram. “I stepped out of my comfort zone and got out of the house more… For a while I wouldn’t leave my house for weeks at a time, so this was a big accomplishment for me. Too Hot To Handle star Carly Lawrence is clearly happiest when she’s in a bikini. The reality star posted a video of herself on Instagram looking stunning in a purple bikini, with one fan commenting that she looks “maravilhosa”. So how does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lawrence stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Oysters

Lawrence enjoys oysters, which are a great source of vitamin D, copper, selenium, iron, vitamin B12, and zinc. “Yes, oysters are very good for you,” says preventive cardiology dietitian Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. “In fact, you probably didn’t know that it’s hard to beat all the health benefits of oysters from a nutritional standpoint. Oysters can really pack a healthy punch. Think of oysters as little shells full of nutrients.”

2. She Stays True To Herself

Launch Of MuzicSwipeMichael Tullberg/Getty Images

Being on a reality show didn’t affect Lawrence’s sense of self. “For me it was easy because I just didn’t have to think about it,” she told COMPLEX. “I just said what I wanted to say, I did what I wanted to do. There wasn’t much thought into it because I was like, this is just who I am as a person. I look back and I’m like, OK, maybe I shouldn’t have done or said that, but then I’m like, well, I’m being authentic. So that’s me. And if people don’t like something that I did or said, then they might just not like me.”

3. She Loves Her “Beach Hair”

Lawrence isn’t a fan of the overly-groomed look, preferring messier “beach hair”. “A lot of people just tell me to brush my hair, which I don’t disagree with them,” she jokes. Lawrence’s hair might actually be healthier this way, experts say, "After only a day of not using irons or heat instruments to style the hair, it will be in the condition that our hair is which is dehydrated, fragile, dull, and lifeless," says Garnier celebrity hairstylist Millie Morales. "After a month, you will notice an incredible, stronger change in your hair. You would have recovered the hydration, the natural oils of your hair and would have strengthened the protective layer of the hair."

4. She Loves the Water

Lawrence has posted lots of snaps of herself frolicking in the ocean (in a bikini, of course!). “The color blue has been found by an overwhelming amount of people to be associated with feelings of calm and peace,” says clinical psychologist Richard Shuster, PsyD. “Staring at the ocean actually changes our brain waves’ frequency and puts us into a mild meditative state.”

5. She Loves to Dance

Lawrence enjoys dancing, based on her TikTok posts. “We know that movement is good for everyone,” says Emily Sandow, supervisor of dance physical therapy at NYU Langone’s Harkness Center for Dance Injuries. “A healthy lifestyle is integrating the mind, body and soul relationship, and dance has all of those characteristics. Everyone can do something, even if it’s just you just tapping your foot. Everyone can do something where they can move their body to music, and that’s really valuable.”

She Does Yoga

John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
