She Rises With The Sun
Kendall prioritizes waking up early to start her day in a productive way. "I've gotten used to being an early bird. I like getting up early and feeling really productive before lunch," she explains. "I prefer to work out in the morning. To stay toned, I do a lot of ab work with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson."
She Tries New Things, Like Boxing
In addition to Jenner working with Gunnar Peterson to maintain her runway bod, she mixes it up in the gym to keep herself entertained. "Occasionally I'll take a kickboxing class," she said. According to the Cleveland Clinic, boxing can improve hand-to-eye coordination, enhance your endurance, and of course, help you slim down.
She Eats Really Lean
Not surprisingly, she prioritizes eating lean with staples in her diet like chicken, brown rice, veggies and hummus. She's always looking for quick easy's things to snack on and eat, because she's often on the go. Whenever she has the time, she really enjoys picking out her own produce.
She Treats Herself
To wind down at the end of a long day or week, she'll often opt for a massage to relax her mind and body. Kendall prioritizes catching up on sleep or hanging out at home with her family to get her head in a good place. She also has a little bit of an obsession with frozen yogurt like the tart flavor at Go Greek.
She Allows Herself Some Freedom to Be Social
She'll go out and have fun with friends. "I love Nobu for sushi or Craig's, where I order the Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese or Margherita Pizza," she said. "I always make sure to have one or two nights a week out with friends, where I'll get dressed up for dinner and be social. I think part of staying inspired and happy really comes from surrounding yourself with the right energy. Thankfully I have friends who lift me up and help push me."
