She Mixes It Up
Jenner revealed some of her favorite workouts to Harper's Bazaar. She says that she does a variety of things to stay in shape. "To stay toned, I do a lot of ab work with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson," Jenner said. "Occasionally I'll take a kickboxing class."
She Weight Trains
Peterson spilled some of Jenner's workout secrets and exercises to Us Weekly. He says that he works her pretty hard during their sessions. Peterson revealed that Jenner likes to do strength training exercises. "People will find it hard to believe, that girl squats, dead-lifts and does pull-ups," he says.
She Doesn't Wear Headphones
Peterson makes sure to keep Jenner focused when she works out. And that includes having her not wear headphones. He explains to Us Weekly, "One time I had somebody come in who wanted to wear headphones during the workout, and I'm like, 'Let's not do that.' I find it rude. Maybe it's not my place to find it rude, but I do. I think if I were cool with that, Kendall would put these LG Force headphones on and be like, 'See you later!' tune out and go."
She Does Workouts She Hates
Jenner admits to The Thirty that she doesn't enjoy all the workouts she does. She says that cardio isn't her favorite, but she still tries to do them. "I'd rather just stand there and lift some weights than run in place. But I'll do it!"
Jenner admits that she isn't always the healthiest eater and orders a lot of takeout. However, she writes on her app that she does occasionally make healthy meals for herself. "I don't cook that much besides my standard eggs, avocado and toast breakfast, but when I do, I have a few super simple recipes that I consider my 'specialties'," she wrote.
