1. Be Disciplined
Kendall doesn’t stay fit by being lazy. “I worked out so hard for that, like, literally every single day — sometimes twice,” she told People about prepping for one of her first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows. “I’d go to my trainer, then I’d go for a run a couple hours later.”
2. Do Cardio and Strength Training

Kendall, who has trained with Gunnar Peterson and also Revenge Body and Beach Body trainer Autumn Calabrese, works out a lot. "I hate cardio," she told Who What Wear. "I'd rather just stand there and lift some weights than run in place." However, she still gets her workouts done. "But I'll do it!" Her favorite exercises? Ones that work out her abs and her butt, like squats and planks. According to Calabrese via Us, Kendall completes hour-long workouts three to four times a week.
3. Maintain a (Mostly) Healthy Diet

Kendall eats healthy, most of the time. "I typically eat lean chicken and brown rice, and am always snacking on raw veggies with dip and hummus. I wish I had more time to do grocery shopping because I like picking out my own vegetables,” she told Harper's Bazaar. However, she does love to dine out. “I love Nobu for sushi or Craig's, where I order the vegan spaghetti Bolognese or Margherita pizza,” she added.
4. Go For a Run

“I love running outside,” Kendall confessed to People. “You can go on a run on a treadmill but it’s really not the same. I used to be the most athletic kid. I was always outside. I was super outdoorsy running around in the mud and doing that kind of stuff. I don’t do that ever [now]. You’re always like stuck inside, you’re always in a gym, or you’re always in your phone or whatever. So to actually to get outside and run outside … I enjoy it.”
5. Motivate Yourself
Kendall stresses the importance of self-motivation. "Sometimes when I'm watching TV, I think to myself, 'I should be doing crunches and sit-ups right now,'" she wrote on her no-longer-active blog per Byrdie. "Then I get off the couch and do it."
6. Exercise in the AM
Kendall breaks a sweat in the AM. “I prefer to work out in the morning. To stay toned, I do a lot of ab work with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and occasionally I'll take a kickboxing class,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.
7. Prioritize Sleep

Kendall makes sleep a priority. “I have to sleep at least seven to eight hours to be fully awake for the next day, so I try to get to bed as soon as I can. I've trained myself to fall asleep anywhere possible, in the car or on a flight,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.
8. Drink Detox Tea

Kendall brews a hot beverage first thing in the morning and continues sipping on extra cups throughout the day. "I usually start my day off with a cup of [Kusmi] Detox Tea," she told E! News. "I have like 12 cups a day."

While Kendall eats healthy most of the time, she does have one cheat food: Fritos Chili Cheese. “Ever since I was a kid [they’re] the only chips that I truly love and will eat all the time. They’re really bomb,” she told People.
