Model and reality star Kendall Jenner isn’t letting the winter season stop her from spending time in a beachwear, and that’s just what she did. Jenner uploaded a stunning new post to her Instagram story, that featured herself enjoying tequila—her brand 818, natch—while posing in a bathing suit. (Sales of the product have been high. “We’ve migrated to a distillery where we are the one and only being [Tequila] made there… We identified that the size of our opportunity was bigger than the capabilities that we had," Mike Novy, 818’s president and chief operating officer, told the Spirits Business last year.) 1. She Still Indulges
Jenner admits to Byrdie that she loves junk food, and that she still indulges. “But I love everything unhealthy,” she said. “Pizza, fried chicken, everything.” Her trainer, Autumn Calabrese, allows the model to indulge in her favorite foods. Calabrese told UsWeekly, “I don’t believe in extreme restrictions or eliminating food groups because it has to be something that can be sustainable for life.”
2. She Takes Skincare Advice From Her Sisters

Jenner has a lot of older siblings, namely the Kardashian sisters. Naturally, this means she gets a lot of advice from them. She tells Byrdie that her sisters give her a lot of skin-care tips, and they are pretty effective. “My sisters, since they’re a little bit older than Kylie and I, they’ve always wanted to help prevent anything that they’ve gone through when they were our age,” she says. So they’re like, ‘Never touch your face, never pick your face, always wash your face, and wear eye cream.’ They literally give us everything that we should do. So ever since then, we’ve started taking skincare really seriously.”
3. She Eats Healthy

While Jenner might not be the biggest fan of dieting, she does try to eat healthy each day. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Jenner revealed some of her favorite healthy meals and snacks. “I typically eat lean chicken and brown rice, and am always snacking on raw veggies with dip and hummus. I wish I had more time to do grocery shopping because I like picking out my own vegetables.”
4. She Meditates

In 2019, Jenner revealed to Allure that she had begun to practice meditation. "I kept hearing about meditating and was skeptical about it, but decided [to] just do it,” she said. "So I sat down for four days with a teacher and learned TM (Transcendental Meditation) and really dove into it, and I started to see such a difference in my mental health."
5. She Gets Enough Sleep

Jenner says that she prioritizes her beauty sleep, even with her busy work schedule and social life. "I have to sleep at least seven to eight hours to be fully awake for the next day, so I try to get to bed as soon as I can,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. I've trained myself to fall asleep anywhere possible, in the car or on a flight.”
6. She Has A Great Support System
Jenner tells Harper’s Bazaar that surrounding yourself with supportive people is crucial to her wellness. "I think part of staying inspired and happy really comes from surrounding yourself with the right energy. Thankfully, I have friends who lift me up and help push me. We're all going through these changes in our careers together."
