Knight has some stunning skin, and it would be easy to think that she has a long skin-care routine. However, she tells Glamour UK that she only has one secret. "Just lots of moisturizer."

She Takes Care Of Her Teeth

Knight tells Glamour UK that taking care of her teeth and mouth is important to her. While she has been accused of having veneers, she says that she doesn't. "I just use a gel from my dentist to keep them looking white, and I brush twice a day."

She Does Lunges

Knight once shared an Instagram of her doing lunges. "The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Has Tried Botox But Says She Resists Plastic Surgery

"I was on a shoot — I won't say what for — but the photographer and the client who had booked me were sat at the laptop screen and kept saying over and over again, 'She's quite old, we will have to airbrush her around her eyes, we maybe needed someone with a fresher face.' So I did actually go out and get botox," she told Glamour. "It will wear off so I'm not bothered but I don't think I would get anything permanent. I think I would be a bit stronger now."
