Kay opened up about her career to Net Influencer. She advised other aspiring influencers to be patient and persistent, as success doesn’t always happen immediately. “Eventually, once a video or photo does reach a wide audience, they’ll be able [viewers] to come back to your page and see all the other content you’ve created. So I think being patient and persistent is the number one tip I would have for anyone getting started.”
2. She Tries New Things
Kay tells Net Influencer that she always likes to try new things, as she thinks it helps her career. “Not putting myself in a box is a huge thing,” she says. “My content has evolved so much over the five years, and not feeling confined in a certain niche or style. Just letting myself grow and explore different areas help me stay inspired.”
3. She Does What She Wants
Kay tells Net Influencer that she likes to do what she wants. She says that her job allows her to do this. “I would say the best part about being a content creator is the freedom that comes with it and being able to live my life. As a content creator, I can design my own schedule and choose exactly how much effort I want to put into things, and the amount of effort I put into is equal to how much I get out of it.”
4. She Eats Healthy
Kay makes sure to eat healthy. She shares a lot of her favorite meals on her social media accounts. In this TikTok, she shares some of her daily meals. In it, she enjoyed foods like a mahi mahi bowl with quinoa, ginger, lime, and veggies. Kay also drinks an acai metabolism protein shake, and enjoys a plate of steak tips and veggies. She captioned the post, “What I eat in a day. 3 balanced meals = more stable mood + less cravings.”
5. She Cooks
Kay doesn’t just eat healthy. She also cooks healthy options. Kay shares a lot of her favorite recipes on her social media channels. In this video she posted on TikTok, she made egg muffins. She included things like garlic, chopped onions, and chopped greens. In this video from her Instagram, Kay and her friend made bagels with cucumbers and salmon.
