Healthy Lifestyle

Moore believes in making fitness habits part of everyday life. "Healthy living is a lifestyle," she says. "You must dedicate yourself to health and fitness by exercising every day. Eating a low-fat diet but allowing yourself to eat the things you love in moderation. Move your body every day by walking, hiking, basketball, boxing, dancing, or anything you love to keep on course."

Working Out With Trainer

Moore works out with trainer Nikki Veal to get the perfectly sculpted body she's so proud of. "Food and the gym is a total marriage," Veal says. "You need both. Kenya's tight defined figure is achieved by understanding and being fully committed to both. For most of us we know and are completely aware if what we are eating is fueling our dream body or a mere craving. The biggest blunder we lil' ladies make is skipping breakfast. It truly is the best way to dictate how your body will accurately burn food for fuel for the entire day."

Pandemic Weight Loss

Moore made an effort to lose weight and get into shape during the pandemic lockdowns, sharing her methods on social media. Her secrets? "More veggies less sugar. Did two spin classes at 30 mins. Drank more water."

Boxing Workouts

Moore loves boxing-based workouts. "Boxing is so fun," she says. "It's a really good, hard workout. When I was in LA, I did Billy Blanks and I still take his classes. You just have to take all of your clothes off because you're drenched in sweat. He has his workouts on DVD too, but if you're just going to watch it, I don't know. You've got to actually do it. If it doesn't burn, it's not working."

5

Skincare For Acne

Moore has a dedicated skincare regimen to deal with recurring acne. "I have suffered with cystic acne my whole life," she says. "It's not like regular acne and you just get a bump, put some cream on it, and it goes away. I was constantly at the dermatologist. My skin has greatly improved partly because of my regimen. I am taking care of myself from the inside out and using great products."
