Kesha got a reputation as a party girl right off the bat with her singing career, so she might not strike you as the epitome of health. However, a lot has changed. She cares about her health and knows it's the secret to a longlasting career, and life. She's also in touch with nature. "Wild woman šŸŖ¶," she captioned a recent bathing suit snap. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kesha stays in shape and the photos that prove they workā€”and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Works With A Trainer

Kit Rich, Keshaā€™s trainer, has said, ā€œKesha loves a challenge! I switch it up all the time. Today, we did a 24Ā minute TabataĀ-inspired routine that only focused on arms using 10Ā-pound weights, an eight-Āpound ball and a resistance band. So she did a total of six exercises for four minutes each (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off). Then for the second half, we did Pilates that mainly focused on her core,ā€ she continued. ā€œShe is becoming a master at the wunda chair. That woman has strength! A real athlete. The routine was hard but simple, and she was sweating. She loved it.ā€

2. She Had To Relearn Healthy Habits

After battling an eating disorder, it can take time to learn healthy habits again. Rebuilding healthy habits when it comes to eating have to be adjusted for each individual based on their recovery after an eating disorder. ā€œFor some, the process needs to be slow by first introducing foods they deem safe, then introducing more challenging foods,ā€ says Becky Mehr, M.S., R.D.N., L.D.N., dietitian at The Renfrew Center of Tennessee.

3. She Loves Pilates and Weight Training

Kit Rich says Kesha enjoys a mix of Pilates and weight training. ā€œKesha and I do a mixture of weight training and Pilates moves to get that booty. I incorporate squats with weights, plyometrics, and lunges,ā€ says Kit Rich. ā€I get creative by using a lot of variations. Then I do moves on the Pilates machines such as the reformer or Cadillac to target her booty. The lunges, squats, and plyo not only target her glutes, hamstrings, and quads, but help boost her heart rate and metabolism. The Pilates moves help with specificity to target and shape the backside.ā€

4. She Overcame An Eating Disorder

She battled a really serious eating disorder where she got to a point where she didnā€™t even know how to eat. After a lot of hard work and support from her family, she said it finally clicked with her what she had battled when she was speaking to a friend in the Hollywood industry. ā€œHe was like, ā€˜Congratulations to you,ā€™ā€ she said, ā€œAnd I was like, ā€˜For what?ā€™ And he was like, ā€˜Who cares about my Grammys? You just saved your fā€”ing life.ā€™ And I just was blown away by that, because it made me look at the whole thing totally differently.ā€ Kesha said to Rolling Stone, ā€œOh, wait. I did just take my life into my own hands and choose life over a slow, painful, shameful self-imposed death.ā€

5. She Does Weight Training

Weight training is perfect for building muscle and strength. ā€œMy type of workout creates a long and lean looking athlete. I want women to feel powerful, empowered, and energized,ā€ said Kit Rich. ā€œWith Kesha, I've noticed such an improvement in strength. With Pilates, she has improved quickly. The moves are very intricate and specific, and she really loves it. She requests it every time she comes.ā€

1. She Dances

Kelly has been working out with Anna Kaiser for many years, doing her dancing workout. ā€œDanced my way through 2022,ā€ she captioned a recent video of herself getting her sweat on. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

2. She Drinks Milk

Kelly drinks a glass of milk in the morning. ā€œThe nest might be empty, but my morning glass is full of MILK. A splash of coffee, a dry body brush and a detailed skincare routine help too. Kickstarting my day my way,ā€ she captioned a post.

3. She First Started Using Botox in Her Armpits

The,Doctor,Makes,Injections,Of,Botulinum,Toxin,In,The,UnderarmShutterstock

Kelly told People in 2022 that she started using Botox in her armpits to combat excessive sweating before she using it elsewhere. ā€œFor me, it was just more of my comfort level,ā€ she explained. ā€œIf I worked off camera, I would not wash my hair with regularity or wear makeup but when I started to see things that I didn't like, I thought, well, the next turtleneck is going to have two eye holes. I'm not saying you should let people bully you into cosmetic procedures. These are my choices for me.ā€

4. She Is Active Outdoors

When Kelly isnā€™t working out with her trainer you can find her blasting calories outdoors. She enjoys walking, swimming, and even rock climbing. In fact, she and husband Mark Consuelos spent a recent anniversary climbing rocks together. ā€œCoupleā€™s therapy,ā€ she captioned one of the Instagram posts of their adventure.

5. She Is Sober

Kelly put down the bottle in 2017. "I did a sober month ā€“ all my girlfriends did it, we all did it together ā€“ I just never went back to it," she told People. "It felt great, I felt like I looked great, I felt like I didn't feel hungover."

Bebe Rexha is in Hawaii and it feels like weā€™re there with her. The singer (and actress, who appeared in Queenpins) has posted photos of herself relaxing and dancing on a boat, swimming next to a waterfall, posing like a model and joking around with Instagram filters. To paraphrase one of her songs, baby, I'm jealous of the pictures that you take. How does she stay so fit while having so much fun? 1. Sheā€™s All About Body Positivity

ā€œI was in Florida doing WWE Wrestlemania. The day I flew in, I had a little time off to go to the pool. I said to my manager, ā€˜Will you just take a video of me?ā€™ I just wanna see what I look like. And when she played me back to the video, I said, I'm kind of, to me, it's okay to have a little moving parts and pieces and the little indentationsā€”it's sexy to me. That's sexy. We were never really taught that. Like how to love ourselves and how to love imperfections,ā€ she told Access Hollywood.

2. She Does Leg Day

"Time for legs," Rexha wrote in an Instagram Story chronicling her lower body workout. Smart choice. The largest muscles are in your lower body, and thus they burn the most fat. Your backside if the biggest source of myokines, which can do amazing things. Some help increase fat-burning in both the liver and skin tissue; others improve the function of the vascular system. Some improve the immune response; still others help our digestive system by improving communication between the pancreas and intestines. Thereā€™s even some evidence that myokines released through exercise may influence cancer cell growth.

3. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

Bebe knows the value of a good sweat session. Hereā€™s a perfect 4 minute workout for you to try at home: Perform burpees for 20 seconds. Donā€™t worry about counting repsā€”just set a timer and get as many as you can. Afterward, rest 10 seconds, and then repeat for four minutes. Over time, you can progress the length of the work interval, but keep the ratio of work to rest at two to one (so if you build up to doing burpees for 30 seconds, rest 15 seconds between sets).

4. This is ā€œKey for Meā€

62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards ā€šĆ„Ƭ Red CarpetEmma McIntyre/Getty Images

ā€œI will say that sometimes when Iā€™m really tired, and I donā€™t have time to wash my face, I have a little trick. It's actually something I learned from a makeup artist back when I worked in retail and sold perfume. Heā€™s like, ā€œListen, if youā€™re super tired and you canā€™t even wash your face, and you just use a makeup wipe, the one thing you should still always do is moisturize.ā€ So, sometimes when Iā€™m really exhausted, I donā€™t really go in with the soap and water. I know itā€™s not the greatest, but Iā€™ll just use a couple of face wipes and then moisturize my skin really well. Thatā€™s key for me!ā€ she told WhoWhatWear.

5. She Was Diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021Ryan Emberley/Getty Images

ā€œFor the longest time, I didnā€™t understand why I felt so sick. Why I felt lows that made me not want to leave my house or be around people and why I felt highs that wouldnā€™t let me sleep, wouldnā€™t let me stop working or creating music. Now I know why,ā€ she said on Twitter, revealing her bipolar diagnosis. ā€œI was very fearful,ā€ she told Self magazine. ā€œI didnā€™t want to think there was something wrong with me.ā€ ā€œMy mom would call it code red,ā€ Rexha said. ā€œA day before [my period started], I would feel like my world was ending ... I would get into these funks and be really depressed and not want to leave my house.ā€

"ā€œThat was my worst fear all my life: going crazy,ā€ she told Self. ā€œI felt like me opening up to my fans was me finally saying, ā€˜Iā€™m not going to be imprisoned by this.ā€™ And maybe itā€™ll make somebody not feel imprisoned, in that moment, if they feel like theyā€™re going through a rough time. Thatā€™s why I decided to really open up and to free myself from that.ā€

Alice De Bortoli doesnā€™t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless styleā€”she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoliā€™s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether sheā€™s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, sheā€™s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, ā€œThe secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! āœØšŸ’¦šŸŽ€ What product can you absolutely not live without?ā€

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. ā€œThe good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape šŸ§”for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion šŸ¤for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended šŸ¤Ž for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ā¤ļø šŸ”„what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?ā€

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, ā€œGrandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.ā€

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli doing ab exercises

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, ā€œStrong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.ā€

She Works Out With Others

Alice De Bortoli works out with a friend

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. ā€œYouā€™re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While youā€™re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, youā€™re also getting healthier. Itā€™s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. Youā€™ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.ā€

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. ā€œI've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,ā€ Cavallari said. ā€œI used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ā€˜whiteā€™ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.ā€™

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. ā€œI love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.ā€

She Loves Salad

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. ā€œThis salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.ā€

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. ā€œHe kicks my ass,ā€ she says. ā€œHe pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight Iā€™ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like Iā€™m the strongest Iā€™ve ever been.ā€

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. ā€œMy goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,ā€ she says. ā€œIā€™m really petite. I have no hips. Iā€™m just small. And so if I donā€™t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.ā€

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, ā€œSC-&-RSšŸ•ļøšŸŒ…ā¤ļø Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.ā€

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. ā€œSwimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. Thatā€™s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.ā€

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. ā€œWhen you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.ā€

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isnā€™t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.ā€

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. ā€œThe other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,ā€ Andrade said. ā€œI think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.ā€

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. ā€œThere was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. Thereā€™s cake. Thereā€™s cookies. A lot of things.ā€
