1. She Is Consistent with Exercise

A few years back, Kesha’s trainer Kit Rich told Shape that when his star client was on tour she trained almost every day. “When she is in town, she stays consistent — mainly three times a week, sometimes four. Sessions are one hour long, but she is also great about working out on her own,” he said.

2. She Does Weight Training

In order to “get that booty” Kesha does a lot of strength training. “I incorporate squats with weights, plyometrics, and lunges. I get creative by using a lot of variations,” Rich said. “Kesha loves a challenge! I switch it up all the time. Today, we did a 24 minute Tabata-inspired routine that only focused on arms using 10-pound weights, an eight-pound ball and a resistance band. So she did a total of six exercises for four minutes each (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off).” He adds: “The lunges, squats, and plyo not only target her glutes, hamstrings, and quads, but help boost her heart rate and metabolism.”

3. She Also Does Pilates

For the second half of her workout, Kesha does pilates “mainly focused on her core,” said Rich. “With Kesha, I've noticed such an improvement in strength. With Pilates, she has improved quickly. The moves are very intricate and specific, and she really loves it. She requests it every time she comes,” he continued. “Then I do moves on the Pilates machines such as the reformer or Cadillac to target her booty.” He adds: “The Pilates moves help with specificity to target and shape the backside.”

4. She Ditched the $ Sign Because of Her Eating Disorder

In an interview with Refinery29, Kesha explained that ditching the dollar sign from her name had to do with battling her eating disorder. “It [losing the $] happened after I went to rehab for my eating disorder. I let go of my facade about being a girl who didn’t care. My facade was to be strong, and I realized it was total bullshit. I took out the $ because I realized that was part of the facade. It was a journey and I’m happy — that was me in that part of my life,” she said.

5. She Doesn’t Let Online Criticism Hurt Her

Kesha also told Refinery29 that she tries not to let online bullies get her down. “Criticism online used to tear me up. Then I realized you can't make people you don't know your higher power,” she said. “The internet shouldn’t be a place that makes us feel unsafe."

6. She Goes to Therapy and Meditates

Taking care of herself and her mental and spiritual health is clearly Kesha's top priority at the moment. "I do have a therapist, and I do chanting and meditation," Kesha told Nylon. "Some days I forget to, so I'm not like some perfect person about it, but I just notice when I get really stressed out, and I try to just make time to be a person. And honestly, I just think it's really important to surround yourself with people who love you for you. I have a couple amazing friends; I could probably count them all on one hand."

Britney Spears has never been afraid to show off her fit figure on social media—and why not, she works hard for it. So it makes sense that she was peeved when the recent photos she shared didn’t look exactly right. “So people get an idea of the difference in quality of how Insta posts look versus the originals,” she captioned one before and after shot, in which the colors looked different. “My phone has it out for me!” How does Spears stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Britney Spears stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Speaks Out

Calling out her phone’s inconsistencies is child’s play for Britney Spears. Ever since the #FreeBritney movement took off, Spears has never been afraid to speak out about the treatment she endured from her family and from the conservatorship. She called 911 to report herself as a victim of conservatorship abuse, she testified on the stand, and has posted several revealing Instagram posts detailing her feelings.

2. She Spends Time Outside

Sony Pictures' "Once Upon A Time...In Hollywood" Los Angeles Premiere - ArrivalsSteve Granitz/WireImage

Spears loves to spend time outside, and does a lot of outdoor activities. She has posted several photos of herself spending time in the great outdoors. Spears loves to go hiking, go to the beach, and go horseback riding. “Get moving with these low-risk outdoor activities during the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • Walking, running and hiking
  • Rollerblading and biking
  • Fishing and hunting
  • Golfing
  • Rock or ice climbing
  • Kayaking, canoeing, diving, boating or sailing
  • Skiing, including cross-country and downhill skiing
  • Ice skating
  • Snowboarding
  • Sledding
  • Snowshoeing
  • Fitness classes, held outside or virtually, that allow distance,” suggests the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Dances

In addition to being a pop culture icon and a singer, Spears is known for her dance skills. She has been showing off her moves since the beginning of her career, and has tackled some difficult choreography in her live performances. Spears is also known for posting several dance videos in her kitchen on Instagram.

4. She Does Yoga

4th Hollywood Beauty Awards - ArrivalsJB Lacroix/WireImage

One of Spears’ favorite ways to exercise is by practicing yoga. She even has an Instagram story highlight entitled “Yoga”, which features videos of herself doing different poses. In the first post in the highlight, Spears wrote, “Yoga every darn day!” “The goal of calming and relaxation exercises is to help change the way you perceive a situation and react to it — to help you feel more in control, more confident or secure, and to activate healing processes within the body. Give yoga a try!” says the Cleveland Clinic.

5. She Strength Trains

Spears is a fan of lifting weights and doing strength training exercises. She posted this video on Instagram of herself doing several different weight training exercises including, lifting hand weights, lifting barbells, and doing kettlebell squats. “Muscle burns more calories at rest than fat explains strength and athletic trainer Tom Iannetta, ATC, CSCS. Lots more! Ten pounds of muscle burns 50 calories at rest, whereas 10 pounds of fat burns 20 calories. This means, long after you’ve stopped working out — even while lounging by the pool or sleeping — your body is still burning over twice as many calories when you’re toned than when you’re not,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

Kelsey Heather is feeling like trading her feet for fins…in her swimsuit! The new WWE wrestler shows off her incredibly fit figure in a bathing suit while posing for photos in one of her latest social media posts. “BRB quitting everything to be a mermaid,” she captioned the Instagram snap. "A golden mermaid," commented one of her followers. "Yowza,” added another. How does the former gymnast and cheerleader stay so fit? 1. She Dances

One way that Kelsey has always stayed in shape is by dancing. “Get comfortable, being uncomfortable!” she captioned a post, motivating her followers to step outside their comfort zone. “I can remember my very first dance audition for Busch Gardens. I had NO idea what I was doing. They called moves I’ve never heard of before and I was SO uncomfortable. My number was called to perform the audition routine and I put the biggest smile on my face and repeated to myself ‘fake it ‘till you make it!’ A few weeks later I was cast in my first professional performance role as a freestyle dancer... BUT WAIT, I hate freestyle. I don’t even dance at parties - I get shy and uncomfortable. And so I had to push myself WAYYY outside my comfort zone and repeat to myself ‘fake it ‘till you make it!’ I learned so much from that experience and grew to find this strange adrenaline rush in being uncomfortable. Since then I’ve continued challenging this “uncomfortable feeling” seeing how far it could take me, when I stumbled upon something else - CONFIDENCE! Don’t be scared of being uncomfortable, embrace it! You are capable of so much! Believe in YOU!”

2. She Prioritizes Hydration

As an athlete, Kelsey understands the importation of drinking enough water. “@simonewilliams.xo trying her best to keep me hydrated on show days,” she captioned an adorable Instagram video promoting hydration. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

3. She Hikes

Kelsey also enjoys hiking. “Convinced @rhornack to be a little devilish with me,” she captioned a post from one of her hikes at Devils Bridge Trail in Sedona, Arizona. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service.

4. She Does Standup Paddle Boarding

Kelsey also enjoys standup paddle boarding. She recently visited Lake Powell in Arizona, getting some exercise while out in nature by doing a headstand on her board. “SUP?! (get it?!) “ she captioned the impressive post. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) explains that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

5. She Takes Time for Self-Care

Kelsey is all about taking much needed breaks and indulging in self-care. “Lately I have been so stressed out and for no real reason. Nothing in my lifestyle or schedule dramatically changed, but I felt drained and overwhelmed constantly. This week I decided it was time to focus on ME and reset,” she captioned a post, revealing that she allowed herself to be treated to a massage, facial, and pedicure. “We hear all about exercising our bodies so much, but don’t forget about the importance of exercising your mind and soul. It’s okay to take time for YOU. This week I reminded myself of that.”

Missy Keating, the actress, singer and Ronan Keating's daughter, just shared a bathing suit photo of her loving lives. She wore a light green one piece with stripes and plants, and a yellow and brown striped towel with flowers on it. She captioned it, “Tell me you love life, without telling me you love life.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Missy Keating stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Doesn’t Let Criticism Bother Her

Keating has had a lot of criticism on social media. However, she tells Gossie that she doesn’t let it bother her. “I’ve had a very good experience with social media over the years, but you’ll get the odd mean message every now and then. I’ve grown up with thick skin, and growing up in the spotlight has probably given me that thick skin. You’ve just got to remind yourself who these kind of people are that are commenting.”

2. She’s True To Herself

Keating tells Gossie that she is true to herself, especially when it comes to her career. “I just take everything in my stride. Everything I do, I do it my way. When I was growing up, my mom and dad always told me: ‘Whatever you do, do it to the fullest. Do it the way you want to do it. Give it your all, and have no regrets.’ And that is something that has stayed with me for life. If I’m on a shoot or on a job, I remind myself that I’m here to show who I am and to make my mark on the world. I don’t know how I have the confidence to do that, but I somehow do. I’m just trying to do things my way. I want to make my own name. I enjoy everything I do and I’m so thankful for the work and opportunities I get.”

3. She Dances

Keating was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars. She opened up about her experience on the show to Gossie. “It was amazing, I had the best time! It was one of the most exciting, enjoyable things I’ve ever done. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity. I love dancing, I’ve loved it since I was a kid, and I got to learn styles that I never even knew existed. It was so cool, interesting and fun. I also loved the glitz and the glam!”

4. She Works Hard

Keating tells VIP Magazine that she works hard, and that this helped her on Dancing with the Stars. “I’m a very competitive person, just with myself. I get really annoyed in rehearsals if I can’t get it right. And I will just work and work and work until I can get it perfect. I want to listen and take it in and do that and be the best version of myself I can be. It’s going to be fun and I know it’ll be a great way to start the year.”

5. "Time to Tackle the Taboo"

Keating makes sure to support causes that are important to her. She recently took part in Pretty Little Thing’s collaboration with Girl vs Cancer. She modeled a piece from the collection in this Instagram post. Keating captioned the post, “Time to tackle the taboo. Despite thousands of women going through surgical treatment for breast cancer each year, women are still left with unflattering options when it comes to post surgery underwear.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”
