Kesha is currently on vacation, hanging out—or, more specifically on—a tree. The 34-year-old singer shared a gorgeous nude photo of herself, hanging from a tree with only a piece of fabric draped across her fit figure. “I’m not extra, you are,” she captioned the image. How does the chart topper prioritize her mental and physical health? Read on to see 8 ways Kesha approaches health and wellness and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Works Out Almost Every Day

Kesha’s trainer, Kit Rich, told Shape that the singer works out a lot. “She travels a lot for work. When I was on tour with her, we trained almost everyday. When she is in town, she stays consistent-mainly three times a week, sometimes four. Sessions are one hour long, but she is also great about working out on her own,” he explained.

2. She Does Tabata Workouts

Rich added to Shape that “Kesha loves a challenge” and that he switches up her workouts regularly. One of their go-tos? “A Tabata-inspired routine that only focused on arms using 10-pound weights, an eight-pound ball and a resistance band. So she did a total of six exercises for four minutes each (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off),” he said.

3. She Does Pilates

Kesha is one of the many stars who loves pilates. Rich told Shape that the exercises they do mainly focus on her core. “She is becoming a master at the wunda chair. That woman has strength! A real athlete.”

Rich shared details about the workout responsible for Kesha’s booty. “Kesha and I do a mixture of weight training and Pilates moves to get that booty. I incorporate squats with weights, plyometrics, and lunges. I get creative by using a lot of variations. Then I do moves on the Pilates machines such as the reformer or Cadillac to target her booty. The lunges, squats, and plyo not only target her glutes, hamstrings, and quads, but help boost her heart rate and metabolism. The Pilates moves help with specificity to target and shape the backside,” he told Shape.

5. She Follows the 80/20 Diet

"Eighty percent of the time I watch my portions and eat veggies and lean protein,” Kesha told Self. “It's excruciatingly boring, but it makes my body happy. The other 20 percent of the time, I do whatever I want. It's OK to sometimes eat a f---ton of chocolate!"

6. She Aims for Six Hours of Sleep

Kesha prioritizes sleep. "It's a luxury. I usually try to get a good six hours, from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m. When I can't sleep, I bedazzle my clothes and watch The Golden Girls. I have a bit of Blanche in me,” she told Self.

7. She Battled an Eating Disorder

In a Teen Vogue essay, Kesha discussed how her eating disorder was fueled by comments about her body. "The sick irony was that when I was at some of the lowest points in my life, I kept hearing how much better I looked," she wrote. "I knew I was destroying my body with my eating disorder, but the message I was getting was that I was doing great."

8. She Prioritizes Mental Health

Bebe Rexha, the American singer behind “No Broken Hearts,””In the Name of Love,” and “The Monster,” is enjoying her weekend in the sun. The talent often shares selfies in swimsuits, and this was no exception, as she looked chill and relaxed (as did a dog, also photographed). How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bebe Rexha stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Says Everyone is Beautiful

bebe-rexha-pool-2Bebe Rexha/Instagram

Bebe is a big body positivity proponent. She once wrote: "I WANNA SEE YOUR REAL BODIES," she wrote in the caption. "YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL. THICK. SKINNY. CELLULITE. STRETCH MARKS. FOLDS. SEND ME VIDEOS. NO PHOTOSHOP BULLSHIT. POST ON TIK TOK/ INSTAGRAM AND TAG ME AND ILL REPOST #EVERYBODYISBEAUTIFUL #sacrifice."

2. She Walks to Relieve Anxiety

bebe-rexha-pool-3Bebe Rexha/Instagram

"Walking means tranquility, calmness. It really does help with my mental health, my anxiety... it calms me down," she says in Apple’s Time to Walk audio series. “Start at a pace that's comfortable for you. Then gradually pick up speed until you're walking briskly — generally about 3 to 4 miles an hour. You should be breathing hard, but you should still be able to carry on a conversation. Each week add about two minutes to your walking time. After you've tried the walking schedule for 12 weeks, aim to increase the time you're walking briskly even more, from 30 to 60 minutes a day,” says the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Tries Not to Be Her Worst Enemy

bebe-rexha-poolBebe Rexha/Instagram

"'We stop looking for the monsters that are under the bed when we realize they're inside of us.' That quote spoke to me on so many levels. To me, that really struck a chord because I was dealing with a lot of blame and self-judgment, like, wow, we could really be our own worst enemies," she said in the Time to Walk episode.

4. She Eats “Very Clean”

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021 - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Bebe doesn’t limit what she eats but she does try to eat “very clean.” “Generally, clean eating is assumed to refer to foods that are as close to their natural state as possible, maybe organic, and most likely with minimal use of any chemical additives and preservatives. A clean diet may include whole fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats while limiting highly processed snacks and other packaged foods with added sugar and salt. It may also be associated with terms like plant-based, grass-fed, sugar-free, or gluten-free. In summary, clean eating seemingly promotes health and wellness,” says Harvard Health.

5. She Refuses to be “Imprisoned”

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021 - ShowRich Fury/amfAR/Getty Images

Bebe opened up about having bipolar disorder. “That was my worst fear all my life: going crazy,” she says. “I felt like me opening up to my fans was me finally saying, ‘I’m not going to be imprisoned by this.’ And maybe it’ll make somebody not feel imprisoned, in that moment, if they feel like they’re going through a rough time. That’s why I decided to really open up and to free myself from that,” she told Self.

Kenzie Zeigler is hitting the beach in her bathing suit. In a recent social media post the Dance Moms alum-slash-singer flaunts her incredible curves in a tiny swimsuit adorned with a cherry, driving her followers wild. “She’s beaching,” commented one. Another added, “stunning.” How does the young star approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

1. She Loves Chips

In a confessional interview on Dance Moms, Kenzie said shed’d rather "stay home and eat chips,” which became a meme. “I think it's the funniest thing ever. I'm a little embarrassed by it, but on the flip side, it's like kind of funny that people ask me ‘How often do you often eat chips? How many chips do you eat in a day?’ I'm like, I really don't eat chips everyday,” she told E! Online, “My favorite chips right right now are the barbecue Lay's chips. I mean you can never go wrong with them. Also, on brand with the meme, so I feel like Lays always works.”

2. She Is Into Skincare

Kenzie takes care of her face. “I've been getting really into skincare. My sister [Maddie Ziegler] is a skincare freak, so she's kind of made me get into it. I'm also starting to break out now, this is the age where I'm breaking out. I have been using a lot of PCA Skin,” she told E.

3. She Tries to Be Her “Most Truthful Self” on Social Media

Los,Angeles,-,Aug,10:,Mackenzie,Ziegler,At,The,VarietyShutterstock

“I try to be my honest, most truthful self on social media,” Kenzie told E about her approach to social media. “I want everyone to get to know me on a different level. I think it's more important for me that a celebrity I look up to connects with their fans. I think it's more important than anything. I want to try and do the same.”

4. She Believes Confidence Is Key

Los,Angeles,-,Jul,09:,Mackenzie,Ziegler,Arrives,For,ëbarbieíShutterstock

“[Maddie] always told me to stay humble and believe in myself, because when I used to compete on the dance team, I was not confident at all. I was so scared of what everyone thought, and I think she helped me overcome that. She told me just to always believe in myself and have that mind-set. Now I realize that it doesn’t really matter what anyone thinks of you. You just need to be yourself,” Kenzie Coveteur when asked about how she stays confident.

5. She Is Not Here for Trolls

“There are always really positive comments [on Instagram], but there are also really, really negative comments that are so rude. When I was little, I used to get so upset and cry about them. There’s no reason for you to hate on someone if you don’t even know who they are. There’s no reason to hate on anyone, even if you know them. But there’s so much bullying, and kids are actually getting very upset. I feel like we all just need to love each other and not be mean,” Kenzie told Coveteur when asked how she handles online trolls.

Noah Cyrus is confidently flaunting her curves! The singer and actress, who is featured on this season of American Horror Stories, shared some gorgeous snaps of herself on social media this week, riding her horse in a bikini. “In dreams,” she captioned the series of photos. The 21-year-old hasn’t always been comfortable in her own skin. In fact, her journey to self-love is all sorts of inspiring. 1. Her Confidence Is Inspiring

It is clear that Noah has come a long way in the last few years, embracing her beautiful body in all of its glory. In addition to sharing the photo of herself on horseback, she also gave fans a glimpse of her fabulously fit and curvy body in workout gear, giving a shout out to her pal, workout wear designer Lindsey Carter of Set Active.

2. Lady Gaga Is Her Self-Confidence Guru

63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards – ArrivalsKevin Mazur/Getty Images

In an interview with Grazia, Noah revealed that Lady Gaga is an inspiration to her. “Lady Gaga has influenced [my perception of] self-love. I have definitely struggled with that and I think every girl or woman can look at herself in the mirror for an hour and point out everything she hates about herself. Gaga has taught me to not do that. My favourite thing that I’ve ever seen from her was when people were giving her hard time after the Super Bowl about her stomach, and she posted the picture of her stomach from that night and was like, ‘I love me and if this is the one thing that pi**es people off then it doesn’t bother me,” she said. “I really looked up to her for that because I don’t think I could ever zoom in on a part of my body and be like, ‘You guys hate this but I love this about me’ because I’d be embarrassed. She’s taught me not to worry about that stuff, I have definitely struggled with. My mum will tell you ‘Noah will stare at herself in mirror in the car and pick out things she doesn’t like about herself’ and that’s just how I am. I think that comes from reading comments on Instagram and people pointing out things they don’t like about you. So I’ve looked up to Gaga for calling that out and being like, ‘I don’t care’.”

3. She Avoids Reading Comments on Social Media

2020 CMT Music Awards - Red CarpetJohn Shearer/Getty Images

Noah also told Grazia that she doesn’t read social media comments, at the recommendation of her sister, Miley. “I haven’t done it in a while, I’ve definitely learnt to not. It’s definitely easier now, but when I was 13 or 14, I hated it. I wish you could have turned comments off back then. I would have told my 13-year-old self to not stare at yourself in the mirror because you’re not going to hate yourself forever. I’ve definitely grown out of that. This is my body, you just have to learn to love yourself.”

4. She Struggled with Body Dysmorphia

Celebrities Visit SiriusXM - November 26, 2019Cindy Ord/Getty Images

During a 2020 interview with NPR, Cyrus revealed that her song Lonely was inspired by her personal battles. “I struggle with depression and anxiety, and I have since I was very young. And I also have suffered from body and face dysmorphia. I just could not look in the mirror,” she explained. “I've learned how to control that. But for a while, you know, it's hard because a lot of people around me tell me not to let the public and their view weigh in on my life.”

5. American Horror Story Has Been Therapeutic For Her

ENTERTAINMENT-US-RADIO-DISNEY-MUSIC-AWARDSVALERIE MACON/AFP via Getty Images

In a recent Instagram post, Noah revealed that landing a role on American Horror Stories was a big deal to her, because the show was influential in helping her deal with her body dysmorphia. “i spent my years from 13 - 17 kinda being the kid that locked herself away in her dark room cause being out in the world made me feel so lost and so insecure. my body dysmorphia and depression was just eating away at my soul. it was so much pain for such a little body. but something about the show gave me comfort.. there was something else as painful ... out there as i felt on the inside. this show has been such a huge... inspiration to me my music and so much more,” she wrote.

Karla Mosley is an actress and singer. She’s known for her roles on the soap operas Guiding Light, The Bold & The Beautiful, and The Young & The Restless. Mosley likes to go hiking. She shared a set of hiking photos and videos on Instagram in March. She captioned the post, “Tree me. 3 hour solo trek - check! Now to the ocean.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Karla Mosley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Eats Kale

Mosley likes kale, and shared this photo on Instagram of herself eating a kale salad. The Mayo Clinic states that kale has a lot of benefits. “Kale is a nutrition superstar due to the amounts of vitamins A, B6, C, K, folate, fiber, carotenoids and manganese it contains. One cup of raw kale has just 20 calories. The Department of Agriculture's MyPlate recommends any child and adult who is over the age of 9 eat at least 1.5–2 cups of dark-green vegetables every week.”

2. She Takes Care Of Her Mental Health

Mental,Health,Bulb,Word,Cloud,,Health,ConceptShutterstock

Mosley wrote an essay for Glamour talking about recovering from an eating disorder and taking care of her mental state. “I consciously changed the belief that I had to be a certain body type to work. I appreciate the opportunities I now have to be a healthy, black woman on TV, film, and stage. And I know that I’m only one version of that. I’m also happy to see—and to create through my own production and theater companies—spaces that include a variety of people and experiences.”

3. She Has Perspective

In her Glamour essay, Mosley talked about having perspective. “The gift of perspective I’ve gained from my community is understanding that my friends, my fans, my collaborators, and my family don’t love me because of my dress size. They don’t love me because I know the words to every nineties hip-hop and R&B song (though I wish I did). They love me because of the essence of me. Beauty comes from inside. As does blackness. And I now know that, without changing a damn thing, I have both.”

4. She Dances

Mosley shared this video on Instagram of herself and some friends taking a dance class. Harvard Health states that dance has a lot of benefits. “The evidence for the health benefits of exercise is indisputable. Physiologic studies have demonstrated that regular activity builds muscle and bone, reduces fat, increases aerobic capacity, lowers blood pressure, and improves the ratio of ‘good’ to ‘bad’ cholesterol. Dance has been shown to have all the benefits of other forms of exercise.”

5. She Hikes

Mosley shares a lot of hiking posts on Instagram. Harvard Medical School assistant professor, Dr. Edward Phillips, says that hiking has a lot of benefits. “Hiking over uneven terrain requires more energy than walking on a level surface, so it burns more calories. If you are hiking uphill, your body has to work even harder. A rigorous hike may offer many of the same physical benefits as interval training, which alternates low- and high-intensity exercise to increase cardiovascular fitness. During a hike, your heart rate goes up as you move up an incline and drops when you head downhill.”

Ana Zelu is a professional model and social media influencer. She is known for her content in nature. Zelu recently shared a post on Instagram of herself on a surfboard in the ocean. She captioned it, “Yesterday was such a fun shoot, I just had to share these with you 🤍 🛥️But picture number #4?? That photobomb totally got me 😂 Which picture is your favorite ?🌊”

She Swims

As you can see from her post, Zelu likes to swim. The Mayo Clinic states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief.”

She Doesn't Compare Herself to Others

Zelu shares a lot of her thoughts on Instagram. In this post, she talked about no longer comparing herself to others. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today’s contemplation led me to a profound understanding of the detrimental impact comparison has on our lives. It’s like a silent intruder, subtly creeping into our thoughts and poisoning our perception of ourselves and others. It’s a universal struggle, one that weighs heavily on the hearts of many. I’ve come to realize that comparison is the ultimate thief of joy. It robs us of our ability to appreciate our own journey and achievements, as we constantly measure ourselves against an idealized version of others. I’ve resolved to break free from its grasp. We should choose to celebrate our own unique path, recognizing that each step forward is a triumph in itself. Rather than fixating on external benchmarks set by others, I’m focusing on personal growth and development. Whether it’s through learning new skills, cultivating gratitude, or simply practicing self-compassion, every effort counts.”

She Hikes

Zelu is seen on a hike in the previous Instagram post. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. “Like brisk walking, hiking is a good way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, particularly if your route includes some hills, which will force your heart to work harder. Taking a hike on the slightly uneven surface of a trail also provides a natural way to engage the core muscles in your torso and to hone your balance skills.”

She’s Resilient

Resilience is another important thing to Zelu. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Dear Diary 💭📝, I witnessed something truly remarkable that touched my heart deeply. It’s amazing how people can go through the toughest storms in life and yet remain gentle, patient, and kind. I saw someone who faced challenges that would break most people, yet they chose to respond with grace and humility. Their ability to stay calm and compassionate in the face of adversity is nothing short of admirable. It made me realize the beauty of resilience – the strength to keep going even when life throws its hardest punches. These individuals not only endure the storms but also emerge from them with a spirit that shines brighter than before. Their example reminds me of the power of kindness and the importance of staying true to oneself, even in the darkest of times. It’s a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, there is beauty to be found 💕🫶”

She’s Accepted Herself

Zelu talked about the importance of acceptance in this Instagram post’s caption. “Dear Diary 💭📝, Today has been a rollercoaster of emotions, but amidst it all, I feel like I’ve taken a step closer to the right direction. Letting go of the past is like shedding a heavy coat I’ve been carrying for far too long. It’s not easy to release the memories, the pain, the regrets, but today, I made a choice to loosen the grip they had on me. It’s like taking a deep breath after being underwater for too long—refreshing and liberating. Forgiving myself has been a journey filled with tears and moments of self-doubt. But today, I finally understood that I deserve the same forgiveness and understanding I give to others. It’s like giving myself a warm hug, wrapping myself in kindness and acceptance.”

Penn State PRO Wellness explained, “Riding a stationary bike can help build strength in your legs and lower body, especially if you use a higher resistance. The pedaling action can help strengthen your calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. Additionally, it can work the muscles in your core, back, and glutes. If you use a bicycle with handles, you’ll also be able to work your upper body muscles, including your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.”

She Runs

Viciconte shared this Instagram video of herself working out. In it, she is seen doing running exercises. Viciconte captioned it, “When we exercise, our body releases endorphin, a natural substance produced by the brain during and after physical activity. The release of endorphin, also known as the 'joy hormone', helps you relax, reduces stress, anxiety and improves your mood. I always say that it's never too late to start moving, so you know that tomorrow you have no excuse 💪🏻”
