Khloe Kardashian is healthier than ever and is revealing all of her stay-fit secrets. The reality star and mother is featured on the cover of the November 2021 issue of Health magazine, where she flaunts her rock hard abs and details all of her healthy habits. “Thank you Health Magazine for having me on your cover. I worked so hard in the gym for this and I celebrated with pizza (my weakness) right afterwards,” she said on social media. It was enough for Tristan Thompson to comment: "“Wow!! You are so motivational Koko! So proud of your hard work and dedication to your healthcare and fitness. Abs of steel!! BRB I need to do some sit ups.” Read on to see 5 ways Khloe Kardashian prioritizes her mental and physical health and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Focuses on a Healthy Lifestyle

khloe-kardashian-1Health Magazine

Khloe looks at the big picture when it comes to her health. “For me, it's about practicing healthy habits on a daily basis,” she explained. “I have to think of it as a lifestyle rather than thinking I want to try this diet or some other thing someone was talking about. I'm so over that stage in my life. It's cliché, but it's all about mind, body, and soul. If I am not mentally strong then I physically feel like I can't do what I want to do. So, it is really not about the physical appearance. That's a by-product. You can tell when someone is genuinely happy from the inside out.”

2. Fitness Fuels Her Mental Health

SHEIN X 100K CHALLENGESHEIN X 100K Challenge 2021/Getty Images

Khloe revealed that exercise is key to her emotional health. “I turned to the gym when I was going through a divorce. At first your body is, like, dying. But emotionally and mentally, the release that I got was worth it,” she saids. “I quickly realized how good I feel when I'm consistent with it.”

3. She Has a History of Fad Dieting

“I've actually always had a really unhealthy relationship with food,” Khloe admits. “When I was younger and was sad, I would eat—I was an emotional eater. And then I hated the way I felt after that. I was almost punishing myself for binging or having a bag of chips—it just became so much thought. I had tried every diet under the sun. Remember when Beyoncé did that lemon juice and cayenne pepper thing? I was like, sign me up! That's why I yo-yoed my entire life—I was always chasing some fad.”

4. Baby Steps Are Key

2019 E! People's Choice Awards - ArrivalsJon Kopaloff/FilmMagic

Khloe didn’t completely overhaul her lifestyle. Instead she took baby steps. “When I started working out, I decided to make some lifestyle changes,” she explained. “So I'd say, for example, this week I am just going to do one thing—I'm just going to cut out sugar. Then, maybe I'd try to do it for a month. After that, I'd try to incorporate another healthy change.”

5. She Tries to “Drown Out the Noise That Doesn’t Matter”

The Promise Armenian Institute Event At UCLAStefanie Keenan/Getty Images

Khloe tries not to let the opinions of others get her down. “I'm forever trying to drown out the noise that doesn't matter—especially in the world of Instagram. It's such a gift, and it's a curse. There's been so many days that I'm like, I feel so badass and good. And then my demeanor will be shot down because someone posted a story about how they perceive me or how they think I look. It's so strange because we know the truth about ourselves. So why let what someone says affect you? But it does. It didn't when I was younger. Normally, when you're older you turn into titanium. Sometimes I let that stuff get to me, and I have to actively drown that noise out,” she said.

Kourtney Kardashian is showing off her baby bump in a bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts, the reality star, who is expecting her fourth child, her first with husband Travis Barker, cradles her growing belly. “Growing you inside of me, my son, is the greatest blessing, honor and joy,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps and a video. Over the years, Kourtney’s view about body, diet, and exercise has shifted dramatically. Here are a few of the things she has said over the years about her body image.

1. She Openly Discussed Body Changes

2022 GQ Men Of The Year Party Hosted By Global Editorial Director Will Welch - ArrivalsShutterstock

Over the years, Kourtney has been candid about the changes her body has gone through, especially when it comes to fertility and pregnancy. “So, obviously my body has changed but it was all of the hormones that the doctors put me on,” Kardashian said to her friends during season 2 of The Kardashians in October 2022. “I think eight months of IVF treatment has definitely taken a toll on my body mentally and physically. It has taken a lot to get me to a place of feeling really comfortable and happy with the changes.” She also discussed all the comments from fans and the many times it has been questioned whether or not she is pregnant. “Everyone always comments on every photo that I am pregnant. Obviously, we wish for that but if it’s in God’s plan then it is.”

2. When She Was “Super Skinny” She Wasn’t “Happy”

Boohoo X Kourtney Kardashian - September 2022 New York Fashion WeekShutterstock

Kourtney tries to remind the world that being skinny doesn’t make you happy. “When I was super skinny, it is a time when I was super anxious. [It was] not about eating or staying at a certain weight but just in toxic relationships,” she said. “I would always say, ‘If I am super skinny just know I am not happy.'”

3. She Helped Make Intermittent Fasting Mainstram

Kardashian was one of the early celebrity supporters of intermittent fasting. "For me, this meant not eating for 14 to 16 hours after dinner. I wouldn't eat past 7 p.m. at night, and then I would wait to eat breakfast the next day until after my morning workout, which would be around 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m,” she said about the routine she followed.

4. She Also Promoted Keto

“My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and half years ago, when I did it for two months,” Kourtney wrote on Poosh in June 2019. “In my experience, I’ve found the best method to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat and kick-start weight loss is by sticking to a keto diet.”

5. She Loves Her “Thicker” Body

Kourtney’s ideal weight has changed over the years. "My weight — I used to go so much by weight — I used to be 95 pounds. Then 105 became my new normal weight. I am 115," she explained. "I am so into my thicker body. I looked up photos of my body when I was so skinny — it is cringey."

Kourtney Kardashian is flaunting her curves! A few weeks after being body shamed by fans who accused her of being pregnant, the eldest Kardashian showed off her famous figure in a high cut bikini. “Trying on bikinis after reading the @poosh story on 2021 swimsuit trends,” she captioned a mirror image of herself on her Instagram stories. How does Kourt keep her curves swerving and fit? Read on to see 5 ways Kourtney Kardashian stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bikini Photos!

1. She Has Oodles of Body Confidence

kourtney-kardashian-bikini-pooshKourtney Kardashian/Instagram

After fans accused her of being pregnant with current love Travis Barker’s baby, the 42-year-old simply pointed out the facts. "I'm a woman with a BODY,” she reportedly spat back at one of the comments. In 2020, she also dropped some words of wisdom after her body was the subject of unnecessary comments. “This is me when I have a few extra pounds on, and I actually love it,” she responded to them. “I have given birth three amazing times and this is the shape of my body.”

2. She Eats Extremely Healthy

Kourtney,Kardashian,Attends,2018,Lacma,Art+film,Gala,Honoring,Catherine,OpieShutterstock

Kourtney has mastered the art of willpower and maintains a super strict diet, eating only organic and keeping gluten and dairy to a minimum. She has also famously lost weight with the help of keto and intermittent fasting. During her extreme times, she would fast from 7 pm until 11am, adding a 24-hour water and bone broth fast once a week. Usually, her diet consists of whole foods like avocado, oatmeal, fish, fruits and veggies and other whole grains.

3. She Loves Exercise

Kourtney,Kardashian,At,The,Los,Angeles,Premiere,Of,'the,Promise'Michael Tran/FilmMagic

Kourtney always makes exercise a priority. "I think I take time for myself to work out every day, which I never did—especially having three young kids," she explained to E! News. "I just never made it a priority, and now it just makes me feel so much better—mentally and physically." She avoids trendy workouts, sticking mostly to strength training. She usually starts off with a jump roping or running session followed by weights. Sometimes she will use a stairmaster or Pilates reformer or floor exercises like leg kick-backs with a resistance band or kettlebell squats.

4. Her Sisters Help Her Stay Fit

2019 E! People's Choice Awards - Social CropsGetty Images

The Kardashian and Jenner girls are regularly snapped exercising together. In fact, Kourtney dished to E! News that her go-to workout buddy is her sister Khloe. "I know for my body, I need four to five days a week of working out. Khloe and I really push each other to do that,” she said.

5. She Takes Supplements

Los,Angeles,,Ca,-,August,30,,2015:,Kourtney,Kardashian,AtShutterstock

Kourtney is a big fan of supplements and regularly shares them on her blog. "Every morning, when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach," she recently wrote in a blog post. Next, she drinks a glass of water mixed with one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. "Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients," she wrote. Next up? A vegan probiotic shot, followed by avocado pudding with the fruit and E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder and MCT oil. "It only takes a few minutes to make," she says, "and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout."

1. Kim Goes on Drastic Diets

Kardashian isn’t afraid of going on drastic diets to lose weight fast. To squeeze into Marilyn Monroe’s famous dress for the 2022 Met Gala she dropped 15 pounds in just three weeks by cutting all carbs and sugar out of her diet and drank a lot of water. “Two weeks before [the Met Gala], I was 10 pounds down and I was so proud of myself,” she said. “Then I got down 15 [pounds] and it fit. I couldn’t believe it.” She claims that the diet was safe. “If I was starving and doing it really unhealthy, I would say that, of course, that’s not a good message. But I had a nutritionist, I had a trainer. I have never drunk more water in my life. I don’t see the criticism for other people when they lost weight for roles — they are [considered] geniuses for their craft,” she told Allure. “There are so many things out there that are so not accurate and not true.”

2. Kylie Likes Working Out at Home

Celebrity Sightings In Paris - January 25, 2023MEGA / GC Images via Getty Images

Kylie prefers at-home workouts. "I never find myself in a gym. I find myself on the floor of my bedroom, looking up on like, Google or Pinterest, workouts — and doing abs, lunges, squats. All that good stuff," Kylie revealed during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. According to the star, she works out every day, sometimes twice.

3. Kim Works Out Like It’s Her Job

Kim doesn’t mess around when it comes to fitness. She trains with bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara, who dished on the details of their sessions to Women’s Health. “Her schedule is crazy, and mine is also crazy, so we work out really early in the morning at 6 a.m,” she said, adding that "85 per cent of our training is weight training, and the other 15 is made up of cardio" and that Kim works out six days per week for 60-90 minutes each time. Ball slams, burpees, sprints, and ladder drills to get her heart rate up are just a few of their exercises. "She’s super responsible, she never cancels – she’s the best client and athlete you can have," Alcantara shared. "It’s just her drive. She's like, ‘I have to work out, this is part of my life.' It’s all about the mindset."

4. Kylie Mixes Up Her Meals

Breakfast,Skillet,Pan,Of,Fried,Egg,,Avocado,And,Tomato.,ServedShutterstock

Kylie maintains variety with every meal but breakfast. “Lately every morning I've been eating the same thing," Jenner said, revealing that she was obsessed with eggs, avocado, and turkey bacon. "A typical lunch for me — I can't eat the same thing every day — but I do love lemon chicken with vegetables," she added to Harper's Bazaar. "Sometimes, I'll make myself some tacos," she continued. "Today, at the shoot, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really just depends." She also loves peach tea, bone broth, raw celery juice, and a vanilla iced latte with oat milk for breakfast.

5. Kim Wears Sauna Suits

Sauna,SuitShutterstock

To get into Met Gala shape, Kim took an extra step with her cardio. “I would wear a sauna suit twice a day [and also] run on the treadmill,” she told Vogue.

6. Kylie Does a Lot of Cardio

KylieJennerKylie Jenner/Instagram

On the workout tab of Kylie’s Instagram page you can tell that the reality star does a lot of cardio to stay in shape. Not only does she walk and run on the treadmill, but also climbs on a stair climber. Her runs are no joke. She claims that she spends 30 minutes every day on the machine at a 12 include and 3.2 speed and then jogs at the end for as long as she can.

7. Kim Does LISS Workouts

Kim is a big fan of LISS workouts. "Two days out of the week we’ll do steady-state cardio," Alcantara explained to WH, "so just walking at a steady pace on the treadmill for usually around 20 minutes. Nothing getting the heart rate too high."

8. Kylie Does Pilates

On her Instagram workout tab, Kylie reveals that she is a fan of doing pilates on a reformer. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

9. Kim Eats Real Food…and Lots of Plants

Kim maintains a clean diet filled with lots of plants. "I want her to eat real food that’s cooked every day," Alcantara told People. "Most likely if it comes out of a box, it’s not going to be good for you." "Plant based and two workouts a day for 30 days to get our mind and body right this year!" Kim added in a January 2021 Instagram post.

10. Kylie Wears a Waist Trainer

Kim&KylieKardashianKylie Kardashian/Instagram

Kylie claims that one of the secrets to her tiny waist is wearing a waist trainer while she is working out. Sports Research, the brand who makes one of the waist trimmers she wears, claims that the workout aide will “help you get the most out of your next cardio, circuit or high-intensity interval training session.” In a 2015 Instagram post she revealed why she is a fan. “I love a little extra help… I’m officially obsessed with after seeing how bomb my sisters look. It also helps with my posture,” she said.

How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Daily Strength Training

In an Instagram Story, Mary revealed that she hits the gym for strength training almost every day. “5/5 gym days done this week and my legs are like jelly walking out,” she wrote. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

MyFitness Pal

Mary is all about staying accountable when it comes to her diet. She detailed her approach in a video on her YouTube channel, explaining that she logs all of the food she eats in a day and her workouts with the help of apps. "I do use MyFitness Pal to track all my food," she says. "Then it's just easy. I can work out."

No Carb or Fat Tracking

Mary keeps track of calories and proteins but avoids tracking other things. "I'm not tracking my carbs or my fats really at the minute," she revealed in her YouTube video. "Before I used to be really strict about it, and I'd just be tired all the time."

Coffee

Mary is a coffee lover. “I like coffee more than most people,” she revealed on Instagram. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Workout Buddies

One way Mary keeps herself accountable at the gym? Workout buddies. In another YouTube video, Bedford explains why sweat sessions with pals can be very effective. "She pushes me hard," Bedford says.

Bruna Luccas is ready to sweat – in her workout onesie. In a new social media post, the influencer and model flaunts her famous assets in an exercise outfit with a plunging neckline. “Jaja just kidding,” she captioned the Instagram clip. “Gorgeous,” commented one of her followers. “Beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Loves Food or She Eats A Lot or She Doesn't Diet ?

Bruna eats a lot. "People don't believe that I can eat eight slices of pizza," she told Cosmo. She eats out regularly, with the exception of breakfast (Great Grains cereal and milk and a banana.) An average post-workout meal would be tilapia in taco form with chips and salsa. Four times a week, she will have pizza, a burger and fries, or fish tacos with chips and salsa. Other staples include rice and beans, and meats like beef. “I don’t do diets — I eat like any other person,” she says. "I love ice cream!"

Bruna told Cosmopolitan that she is a jiu-jitsu green belt.

Her Workout Routine

Luccas hits the gym early in the morning or late at night, alternating between upper and lower-body workouts. She warms up on the stair-stepper. She also religiously does a four-squat series holding a barbell she loads with two 20-pound plates. It includes three sets of 15 reps of a narrow squat, feet together, a wide squat, feet about hips-distance apar, a sumo squat, her feet extra wide and toes pointed outward, and a narrow squat pulse.

Focus On Your Own Body or Do Whatever Makes You Happy ?

Bruna understands that every body is different and what works for one person might not work for another. "I only know what’s good for my body," she says of her healthy habits. "Girls should focus on their own bodies. You should do whatever makes you happy."

Strength Training

Bruna hits the gym for hardcore workouts. “I’ve always had good genetics, but sports and the gym definitely helped me get in shape,” she told Cosmo, revealing that she started hitting the gym at 15 when she'd model her mom’s full-body fitness routine. “It made me feel so good about myself."

In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a onesie while doing a series of exercises at the gym. “Second training of the day,” she captioned the Instagram clip. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Consistency

Camila stresses the importance of consistency. “You don't need to do the most amazing training in the world, you just need to be consistent in your training! You don't need to follow the best diet in the world, you need to learn how to eat... Of course, if you go to the best nutritionist in the world, that's great, but I know many people who have access to the best of everything and don't get the desired results! So what do you really need??? I believe it is an unshakable desire to achieve the health of your dreams, the body of your dreams. Your nutritionist will give you a diet, but you are the one who will follow it or not. Your personal trainer will give you the training, but you are the one who will do it with determination, without being on your cell phone all the time. So don't outsource the guilt of not being able to do it, and you need to change your habits and your daily choices!” she writes in a post.

Reading

Camila enjoys reading. She recently shared a photo of the “incredible book” she read. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Her Formula for Great Abs

When her fans asked Camila to share “abdominal exercises,” she revealed the truth about what it takes to achieve a flat midsection. “IMPORTANT to remember that a defined abdomen is a combination of exercise and diet (clean eating. ) Today there was also a back and biceps workout. Guys it's important to strengthen the whole body. When you do a squat, you can be sure that you are using it, activating your abdominal, strengthening it!” she said.

Tennis

Camila enjoys playing tennis. “Today was a day to let loose in tennis,” she writes. According to ACE Fitness, it blends cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility, and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Cycling

Camila also cycles. “Today's training was 25 km on the bike,” she wrote in a post. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is excellent for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
