She Denies Taking Ozempic

Khloe Kardashian is one of the many stars who has been accused of using the weight loss drug, Ozempic, to lose weight. "Let's not discredit my years of working out," she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram comment. "I get up 5 days a week at 6am to train. Please stop with your assumptions."

She Rows

Khloe recently started rowing. "I saw this sleek @Hydrow Rower at my mom's and had to learn more! I'm always looking for new ways to stay fit and once I found out that I could get a total body workout done in just 20 minutes I was sold! Efficiency is key for me in this crazy life and I'm obsessed with my new Hydrow. Not to mention, the classes are beautifully shot outside, on the water, all over the world, not trapped in a studio, giving me an amazing mood boost right from home. She Is Extremely "Regimented"

Khloe sticks to a schedule – with everything from her workouts to family time. "Every single day, everything is accounted for and that gives me a sense of peace because there are typically no surprises. My mom has always been regimented, so I definitely get that from her," she told Cosmopolitan UK. "Normally, I get up at 4.30am. I go to the gym before my daughter wakes up and then I have my morning with her and get my day going. If I didn't have a schedule, I'd feel really lost. I'm a little insane like that, but it makes me feel less stressed when I can see everything."

She Eats What She Wants, But in Moderation

Khloe enjoys eating her favorite foods, but doesn't overindulge. "I kind of eat what I want, but in portion control, which I never knew before. It's really hard," she told People. "You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach."

She Hydrates

Khloe prioritizes hydration. "I had to train myself to drink more water. I drink like 5 liters of water a day," she told People. "I yell at [Kylie] and Kendall [Jenner] to drink more water." How much water should you drink? According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

She Doesn't Diet

Khloe is anti-diet. "I want to say about food, it's this: Don't diet. When you diet, you are basically setting yourself up for failure. I mean, the word die is in there!" she wrote in her book, Strong Looks Better Naked. "You're not allowing yourself to enjoy the food you love, and it will only make you want it that much more. Make smart lifestyle changes, one baby step at a time."
