Khashali maintains she is “mostly vegan” and follows “more of a gluten-free diet,” she explained. “So my breakfast is going to be either gluten-free oatmeal, oats with almond milk, soy milk, with a lot of fruits and nuts on it. At times I'm going to have a green smoothie. And then for lunch it's basically salad with gluten-free pasta.” Another favorite meal? Tofu with salty vegetables with rice. “And for dinner it is mostly light. I try to do salt free. Also, soup with salted vegetables.” Her biggest meal of the day is lunch. “I eat a good and a nice Olympic portion, and that keeps me full throughout the day.” She also stops eating at six or seven o'clock. “I just feel too heavy and bloated.”
